The worst product they are giving the worst packaging quality rates are too high comparable to local markets
Also months crosses but we dont get our complete products.
Plants die ones they arrive at home just after unboxing
They are nibbies in this world who tried to hack money out of everyone pockets nad then will close the company and run from market. They are working on this policy
The company is based on fraudsters they specially the customer service is a worst than garbage.
The rival competitors are on there path but all are doing same as copy paste techniques they are using.
There is no option of giving ratings below 1 others wise they dont deserve ratings in any case not a single star quality they are offering.

They have a terrible customer service I have ordered plants and they have still not reached the destination no support each channel pushes me to another support line
Such startups should focus in building trust of customers and train their teams to be polite rather directing here and there

I recently made my first purchase, and it was an absolute disappointment. The plants arrived in terrible condition—broken pots, dried and aged leaves, and much smaller than promised. It was nothing like what was advertised!

To make matters worse, their customer support is a nightmare. First, they ask you to email them, then they make you fill out Google forms, dragging the process endlessly. It feels like they expect customers to keep chasing them, as if we have all the time in the world.

I lost ₹2,200 on this scam. If you value your money and time, avoid this seller at all costs!

I received a bad quality bonsai plant. I raise complained to them. Send numerous email for replacement . Nobody from Kyari has bothered to check in or provide a resolution. PLEASE don't by any plant from Kyari

They are Frauds as they commit delivery date and take order but later they just keep giving u assurance without delivery. I ordered 1 plant on 6th Feb to gift to my friend on his silver jubilee. The expected delivery mentioned was 11 Feb while I was placing the order. But today 12 Feb after lot of chase ,they sent me mail saying they will deliver this in next 4-5 days. DONT GET TRAPPED.

I received a broken pot. I duly complained to them on their website. It's been 10 days and nobody from Kyari has bothered to check in or provide a resolution.

I bought 5 plants
one dried at the time delivery and sent another but all plants are dye other than only one lucky Jade plant with me now

FRAUD kyari plants

Once the order is placed and processed post that if you do not like the product because of quality that has been delivered then there is not return or refund procedure

I have ordered 5 plants with order ID K-186019 and all the plants were delivered in very good conditions

I buy 4 plant from kyari.co and all plant is very good conditions and packaging is also very good after one month my one spider plant's leaf is dried and i take help for customer service of kyari so they are very helpful and give me fully response and they give me replacement of my plant I have fully satisfied with customer service of kyari.co so please go on and buy it

They have pathetic customer support. They don't reply to emails, don't pick calls. I bought a bundle - received damaged plants. I had to undergo so much issues in contacting them then finally got my replacement. But after 5 days the plant died again. And now again I am struggling to contact them, and not able to reach out to them.

Pathetic after service
Never ever buy plants from their website. I bought two plants. Just got one that was also in poor condition and torned. I never got the second one. When i complained about that, they didn't resolve my problem, just refunded the amount for one plant that they couldn't deliver.
Also when i ordered the plants after few days their tracking website stopped working and its still not working till today.
If you put a complaint through email, they are not going to respond for days.
When i told them that i am going to consumer court only after that they refunded the amount for one plant only.
Very very very poor service. Disappointed.

They are taken 26 no of plants order and cancelled they not capable for supply the plants. the payment was refunded bt am not happy with this order

I will recommend everyone not to bye any plant’s from Kyari , they will just send the plants once and will forget everything thereafter . I have experienced such a bad experience with them . It’s been over 2 weeks I have been following up with the team to replace the damaged plants , but they are making excuses everytime .
In simple words they are not going to replace anything , in whatever condition you have received the article you have to keep them .

I do pre-paid ordered 5-plants before 20 days, it still not get delivered.

Terrible company! Worst experience ever. They never deliver anything on time and refuse to refund money despite multiple support communications. I am planning to file a complaint with the consumer court. If I could give a -10 rating, I would.
