You manipulated me, you’ve billed me when I didn’t hit “send” I resent your having billed me when I had not confirmed my Order. It’s borderline theft. I want my money back.

They resolved a problem I had activating the product.

Fast service!!

response to activation problem was quick and succesful

MS Office LTSC Professional Plus with Visio and Project was an incredible deal!! A full working software product at an excellent price.

The very prompt professional service team helped me get my software applications up and running. Great experience Thanks

Kymakers delivered as promised. Great service.

I would give a rating of 6 stars or even 7 stars. Everything on my MS Office 2024 Pro Plus seems to be working just fine now. I still have a couple questions of which I await simple answers, but the programs work great at last!
Thank you.

First I asked a question of Kymaker via their website. Iwas concerned about validity of the software. (Win10 Pro) I was pleasantly surprised that I got a response from the quickly and I was satisfied with their explanation of my questions. I know that doesn't really mean they're absolutely trust worthy, it was enough for me to decide to go ahead and spend the very small amount that I was spending for that Operating System.
I received a confirmation of purchase immediately and then within minutes I got an email with the key. That email also included an .iso file for the Op system but I didn't need that because I had already installed Windows 10 on my laptop. The provided key worked perfectly and it validated my install just as it should.
I'm very happy with the purchase and the whole process. I will use Kymaker again if I need something.

The keys work perfectly and the delivery time is immediate (no waiting via email). The download and installation instructions are super easy to follow.

The MS Office 2024 program is great, but I am still experiencing some difficulties with Outlook. The help I have had so far is practical - nonetheless, I still have difficulties with the program. I am sure that when this issue is resolved the rating will be 6 stars or more. :-)

Their customer service has gone right down the tubes. I used to have many smooth transactions. But, lately I've had problems with two key codes and it has taken days to even get someone to reply. And by then - it's too late and I need a refund because I had to go somewhere else. Their phone number NEVER connects to anyone and they are extremely slow to answer emails to their support address. Maybe success has gone to their heads - but I am displeased as I previously had great luck with them

Kymakers helped make the transfer of my Microsoft product to my new computer effortless. Thank you so much for being there.

The key came within a few hours and it did not work. I emailed them and they worked with me to get the proper product as I had ordered one not compatible with my computer. Messages were clear and concise and prompt. Thanks so much!

Quick keys for windows at oem prices. Only issue was the iso download was 22H2 requiring hours and hours of patches to 25H2

Being able to use a decent mail program and have a current word program after my PC died

The process was straight to the point no hidden popups. You get a great deal at an extremely competitive price
