Where is the code?

Worked as expected

after a week, my order is still processing

SCAM!!!! Didn't receive my office 365 license! Contacted them and they reply saying that should be in my "spam" folder, which was not there! Not trustable! No refund!

I have received an email asking me to rate my experience on using Urlicense, but I have received absolutely nothing from them.
I ordered on Saturday morning and it is now Monday and nothing, not even a confirmation of order.
Based on this, it should be zero stars.

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 at a very good price. Everything went smoothly.

I have bought Microsoft 365 Family license with access to 6 individual users (based on product information) but received activation account with dummy account name that can't connect to my easing outlook account. Additionally only 1 fix user instead of 6 users.

I wanted to order a 1year license key for my Microsoft account at urlicense.com. Urlicense.com is advertising with statements like “honest pricing” and “no frustration”. What I received wasn’t a license key but a separate Microsoft account with a random mail-adress. After reaching out to the support, they “clarified my order” and guided me to very last statement in the FAQ-section that describes this approach. And they clarified that I’ll not get my money back even though I didn’t log into this “new” account.
So my experience with these people was far away from “honest pricing” and “no frustration” - it was rather a classic scam situation (pay and get bullshit).

Product as expected. Emailed them a question and got a response back next day, which was a Sunday. Good customer service.

I strongly regret purchasing from this company. Also after their "standard response" below.

Instead of receiving a legitimate Office license tied to my own account, I was given access to a random account with a vague email address where the license is supposedly “attached.” This is so unbelievably uncommon, you won't believe. Yes, if you read very carefully, I could have seen this. But things you will not believe are not reaching my brains.

This approach is highly misleading and feels unprofessional at best, and questionable at worst. Customers expect to receive a proper, personal license—not access to some unknown third-party account.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency and legitimate licensing practices.

I would like a refund. This product did not download.

I received my package within an hour if making the purchase.

The licence is very limited an can not be added to an existing account. I think, this was no visible at time of selling, so it is useless for me.

"You sent me an email saying that the order didn't go through. Then I sent three emails asking for updates and to make sure that it's canceled, including this final message asking you to please cancel. you didn't respond even until the 15th, 9 days later!?
this is negligence and my bank is trying to work on this as well I hope you cooperate."
This is what i had to write this company due to how they choose to operate their scammy business.
