I started using Kyptronix POS for my own business and was super happy with it. Then they showed me how I could also sell the same POS as a SaaS here in California. I thought, why not give it a try as a second hustle? Last month I had 35 paying customers. I sell it to businesses I already know and make recurring income from it. I went from using the software to actually making money selling it. Pretty cool business model.

I found Kyptronix when I was trying to get my business higher on Google. I’m not very technical, so I just told them one thing: I need people to find my business and call me.

They worked on my Google ranking and after some time I started seeing my business show up better and getting enquiries.

For me, that’s what matters. I don’t understand SEO and all the technical stuff. I understand when the phone rings.

Good people, easy to deal with, and the work is giving results.

My experience with KYPTRONIX and their virtual assistant service has been absolutely terrible.

I hired a virtual assistant through KYPTRONIX and paid for the service for the month. Unfortunately, the VA hardly worked and communication was extremely unreliable. There were times when I would go days without receiving a response, and eventually communication stopped altogether. This is completely unacceptable when you are paying a company for a professional virtual assistant service that is supposed to help run your business.

After it became clear that I was not receiving the service I had paid for, I began requesting a refund. Instead of simply resolving the issue, 1 have repeatedly been told that they would "get back to me," that the refund would be handled, or that it would be coming soon. This has now dragged on and on with no resolution.

I even spoke directly with the CEO of KYPTRONIX. He told me that I would receive a refund, but after that communication essentially went cold and I stopped receiving responses. What made the situation even stranger was that, at one point, they wanted to issue my refund through Bitcoin/cryptocurrency rather than simply returning the money through a normal payment method.

At this point,I have spent far more time chasing KYPTRONIX for answers and trying to recover my money than the virtual assistant ever saved me.
When a customer pays for a month of service, they should reasonably expect the service to actually be provided. If there is a serious problem and the company agrees to issue a refund, the customer should not have to continuously chase the company just to receive money they were already told would be returned.

The lack of communication has been one of the most frustrating parts of this entire experience. Promising to follow up, promising a refund, and then disappearing or repeatedly delaying the matter is not how I expect a professional company to treat a paying customer.
Based entirely on my experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend KYPTRONIX for virtual assistant services or any services for that matter. If you are considering hiring them, I would strongly suggest doing your research and being extremely cautious before paying for services in advance.

I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this privately and simply provide the refund that I was told I would receive. Unfortunately, I am still having to chase them for it.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a service provider. I genuinely wish trustpilot allowed a zero-star rating.

I keep getting spam calls from them—on a number which is on the FTC “Do Not Call” registry—after they scraped my phone number off Dun & Bradstreet

Scammers!!! Stay away. They aren’t based in the US. That’s the first lie. I also paid them for a service which they lied about being able to do. Once they figured out they were unable to do the work they refused to refund my money. Stay away from these scammers
