Substandard and worst customer service
Substandard and worst customer service. I had reserved a rental for the long weekend and I got a confirmation. Day before rental day, I got confirmation from Kyte. On the day of the rental, I again got confirmation. Shortly after, I received a message that there will be a delay in getting the car to me on time. Around the time I was to get the car, I get a message that there is no car available. Me and my family and friends were going out of town all ready and packed. I tried to contact them but no resolution. Somehow I got another rental last minute 3 times the price as it was last minute long weekend. Kyte is not willing to take responsibility of their error, extreme discomfort and financial impact they caused me. Instead they are saying we had overbooked and throwing $10, $20 to me. If there were 0 stars I would have given them. They are not reliable at all and your entire trip can go on a toss as they will not take any responsibility.
