Amazing. I cannot express enough how much i love kyyo. So many albums and merch available. Being in the uk it is hard to find places to get kpop merch or to trust, but i promise you can trust kyyo. Sometimes shipping takes a while like 1-2 months but that depends if you get new albums and such that they have to ship into the uk first. But overall, i love kyyo

I ordered a limited version of an album that wasn't in stock literally anywhere else. I am really happy with it - the perfectionist collector inside of me can finally sleep well. Amazing customer service and quick replies. The package was packed VERY safely (literally like 3 layers of bubble wrap) and it arrived after 9 days all the way from UK to Czech republic, including 2 days spent at customs house.

Recently placed an order of Stray Kids Karma Accordion Version with 8 member versions and I’m very very impressed with how it arrived! I only got 5 duplicate Photocards which is a new lowest record! (I also pull about 10 duplicates so Kyyo is definitely putting luck on our sides not to mention that I pulled both of my biases)😭I placed the order around 2 weeks ago while it was still on pre-order and I received my order today! (September 8th 2025!) It arrived well packaged in a box with lots of tape including fragile tape. It also included 2 freebies with their business card. This was my second order with them (my previous one was about 2/3 years ago after I stopped collecting for a little bit) and I’m so pleased that my expectations and experience hasn’t changed at all from my first order. The reviews speak for themselves in how well this K-pop store is! Thank you so so much Kyyo!
