Great product, great value, good comms, quick delivery

Ordered four white Starck inspired chairs. One of the chairs arrived damaged and customer services sorted it out immediately and apologised. A replacement was sent out and arrived within 48 hours. So polite and responsive. The chairs look fantastic and I would not hesitate to order anything from their lovely store in the future.

The company La Maisonette Chic, provided absolutely top quality “ Mind Your Head” signs, really heavy duty alloy casting, they will last for years, delivered on time and it’s a great service they provide.

I required some outdoor bar stools urgently for a party. I found exactly what I wanted at La Maison Chic but was worried they may not arrive in time. I called them and spoke the the lovely Heol who reassured me that she would dispatch the bar stools as soon as she saw the order. I was initially apprehensive about ordering furniture online without seeing it and from a company I have never dealt with before. But I have to say I’m very glad I did. I’m the one who contacted la maison chic to tell them I’d like to write a review because I was very grateful for their excellent service and they deserve it. Their communication was excellent. Shortly after placing the order, I called to ask for an ETA, they replied straight away. They emailed shortly afterwards to keep me updated on the quality assurance process for the sofa and arranged a delivery date that suited my travel plans as I was travelling for a week at the time. The communication around delivery was impeccable and the team delivered exactly as promised. The blush velvet sofa I ordered arrived in excellent condition. It’s lovely and is exactly as pictured.
