I went on umrah with my family in October unfortunately due to personal circumstances my review comes late

This company is a scam

They sold me a package for five people when the hotel would only accommodate 4 people. The hotel did not allow another person to stay in the room and no bed was provided I make laabaik aware of this but they did nothing to assist. I hand to male alternative arrangements with friends in jedda which meant I had to stay separately from my family.

When dealing with this far from helping the staff were rude and obstructive. When I asked them to confirm there details so I could raise a complaint with the relevant bodies they stopped communicating with me

Even helping with the booking once you land in Saudi Arabia is something they cannot do I had to call the airline myself to organise changes as this service was horrible

All they want to do is charge you extra and not provide a service I will be escalating the complaint

Mr Shawaiz helped me with my visa process and it was an extremely easy and efficient process!

The agent Essa was very professional and polite. He customized the Umrah for us tailored exactly to our needs. It has all the prices and the details.

Essa was very helpful, excellent communication and customer services, I had to change my package many times and Essa was very patient with me. He booked the hotels and flights according to my preference. Highly recommend them. And I will be definitely booking my next intake with them again Inshallah.

After contacting a few agencies I came across this one and spoke to brother Syed Ali Husnain. He was the first person I spoke to who I felt was genuine and actually listened to my concerns and not rushed me for a sale! He considered all our requirements which we had as a family travelling for the first time for Umrah and was very patient in answering all our queries.
Alhumdulilah we completed our Umrah in August everything was organised and handled professionally we did not have to worry about anything at all. I would highly recommend Labbaik Hajj Umrah and especially brother Syed Ali Husnain for all his support and effort in making our journey a memorable one jazak Allah khair.
