I ordered two ladders, one arrived very quickly and is exactly what I expected, it is good quality and the price was good. The second ladder I am still waiting for, I do not know when it will arrive, as far as I can tell it has not been dispatched.

I am sorry I wouldn't even give them any stars their dont even answer the phone or the emails even on there live chat so I have step ladders that are not has described so I have gone thru paypal for refund

I waited over two weeks for my ladders not to show up. I contacted Ladder Sales Direct three times. Three times i gave them all the order details. Three times they were not willing to help or resolve the issue. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I’d avoid using the company.

the only thing was when you delivered my step ladders they we're 5 step and i thought i ordered 6 step.
Every think else was satisfactory, service was very good.

Good price but mixed reviews about the seller so was a bit apprehensive about ordering.
Turned out to be the genuine product shipped new direct from manufacturer and delivered within time.
Didn't need to contact the seller outside of the ordering process, no problems experienced.

Delivered on time and as promised. Very happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would but that isn't an option. I received a damaged ladder after many slow back and forth emails the company won't send a new ladder or a. partial refund as they say my once you sign POD (proof of postage) you are not entitled to a refund or replacement.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Not the best experience for me, the ladder I ordered (Bristol Tool Company) arrived and was of lesser quality from the one pictured/specified online.

The ladder was collected but no refund was forthcoming. After calling every day and being passed around I decided to open a paypal case.

Under estimated height required tobreach gutters. Saw immediately ladders werent tall enough and delivery driver advised refuse and ring company. Did that stating happy to buy longer ladders almost twice the price. Insisted treateded orders separate.. .then went on to charge me £20 delivery even tho their driver who advised me. Eventually took £20 hit ( no ladders) and walked away. These people have no idea regarding good business. Beware!

Very good ladders but one screw was missing. I did get a replacement quite quickly

These guys seem to have a vast array of ladders at very competitive prices. However, I am not sure if they actually stock any themselves or simply act as middlemen? I ordered 3 different ladders at the same time and all arrived separately over the course of 8 days. That in itself was not a problem - the big issue was the lack of communication from them about this. It was left to me the customer to chase the whereabouts of each ladder as there was nothing from them (LSD) to advise at any point that they would be delivered from different suppliers at different times.
When I called to find out, the customer service team were very polite and professional in deflecting the complaint and only then advised about the delivery and chasing the suppliers. Ok but not great.
Moral of the experience: if you are in a hurry to buy a ladder, you are probably best looking elsewhere as they are not forthcoming enough with customer service and info.
Sorry guys - but you did ask me for a review.

I do not like to give negative reviews, but since we ordered the ladders 2/12/2019 and as of 7/02/2020 we have still not received the delivery.
We have phoned twice to chase and only received a revised email stating that it has now shipped. Surely as a responsible company, a phone call explaining the issues would have been the professional approach.
