A l'ouverture de cette dernière certains étaient brisés
Nous l'avons signalé au "service clients" qui n'a de service que le nom nous avons recu un mail comportant des fautes de francais et surtout d'un grand mépris et complètement anti-commercial en résumé : nous n'avons pas besoin de votre satisfaction nous vendons 10000 macarons par an. Pour une marque qui se veut de prestige un service clients en dessous de celui d'un super marché non Ladurée vraiment pas la classe préférez d'autres marques fabriquées en France et réellement prestigieuses !

Product packaging etc is great. The website is a nightmare of incomprehensibility. Just managed to order macarons to click & collect in Uk when I live in Ireland and was trying to get them delivered to a friend.
Its all so unclear which is mad in this day and age. They also have a spelling mistale on the uk site adresses
I now have to wait for Customer service to contact me as I cant edit or cancel the order which surely is illegal

Laduree Charles de Gaulle airport inside T2E. The employee needs a bloody smile on her face, or perhaps a new job .she was so rude I never thought I could give a negative review to Laduree. I asked for a pink box (which was there) not the one for Valentine’s Day since the gift is for a neighbour . And what did she give me while I was distracted choosing the flavours? The one with hearts .

Ma commande n’est jamais arrivée chez la destinataire, une amie à qui je souhaitais faire une surprise. Le livreur ne s’est pas présenté à l’adresse indiquée ni même laissé un avis de passage ; il s’est contenté de renvoyer le colis à Ladurée avec la mention « colis refusé » !! ce que réfute mon amie.
Après des échanges de mail expliquant la situation, Ladurée ne m’a même pas accordé la moindre attention indiquant que le colis était refusé, ce qui est faux, et donc tant pis !!! C’est une commande que j’ai payée !!! Aucun geste commercial !!! Je ne commanderai plus ni mes amis ; c’est une honte ! Je suis d’autant plus déçue par cette attitude que je suis une cliente régulière.

Placed an online order for my sister’s birthday but then needed to change delivery day. Phoned customer service, they weren’t very helpful - said to email to cancel the order as they were “very busy”. So, emailed a few times, no response, but the refund was processed. Thought, great, sorted. But then received an email saying order had been dispatched and when I checked my account money had been taken again… tried to arrange for my sister to be in to receive package but she wasn’t able so specified a safe place and tracked delivery. However, DPD delivered it to the wrong address so it was never received after all. My sister and I contacted DPD and Laduree to no avail, very disappointed as it was a special birthday and the gift was expensive. Don’t order from their online shop, you might end up just losing money.

Voilà au moins 3 ans voire plus, je n’avais pas racheté de macarons chez ladurée et hier, au stand ladurée du printemps Haussmann, j’ai craqué pour un gros macaron au chocolat!! Comment vous dire ma déception 😞 je ne sais pas si c’était dû à sa fraîcheur ou autre mais bref, pas bon mais vraiment pas bon du tout 😱 là, je pense que c’était mon dernier macaron ladurée!!! Je vais continuer à déguster ceux de Pierre Hermé (sans faire sa pub, il n’en a pas besoin) à bon entendeur 👋

Ordered for a new baby arrival gift. 2 weeks later no news. I chased them up. Was eventually told they had no house #. Nobody contacted me about it to get the missing detail. I then asked if they can redeliver .... and was told they had been thrown away and that was that!!! Awful experience, zero apologies, zero customer services, please avoid like the plague!

Commande des produits de Pâques qui devait arriver le Samedi; la livraison a été reportée au Mardi
Je refuse donc cette livraison car elle arrive après l'évènement mais le " service client" en refuse le remboursement

Une livraison non garantie, un service commercial catastrophique…À éviter absolument!

Awful online experience. I paid for a selected day and product was a no show for 2 weeks. I tried to email them but bounced back and nobody answers the phone. Messaged on their Facebook for help and was ignored. I also commented on their posts about getting help / a refund but my comment was deleted? In the end had to request a bank dispute.

I went to Harrods just to get a lovely box as a gift.
So no smiles, very stroppy staff and sadly absolutely no help or guidance with flavours.
I bought a box of 20. I asked if t was necessary to have so much plastic, I was told it was “company policy”, I then asked I could have a ribbon being a present, the reply was “Do it look like we have ribbons?” So that put me in my place. I was silently handed the card machine to tap and the bag was placed before me to go. They tasted lovely, shame they come with a war story!

Very very good at the classics. Wish they would experiment a bit more

I bought a couronne des rois on the 3/1/2022. As a french woman I know what it should taste like, and I can only describe this cake as the worst I have ever tasted. It isn't a complicated cake to make, puff pastry filled with a rich mixture of almonds, eggs and sugar. This one was 90% puff pastry, very little frangipane and didn't taste of almonds which is of course the expensive ingredient. I feel totally cheated.

This place was recommended to me , however it was disgraceful. Firstly it doesn’t make it clear you have to line up outside to be seated . When you are finally seated it’s ok but in a corner next to a fire exit door when they had plenty of other seating was poor. Then was the terrible afternoon tea, tea totally like warm no milk given had to ask , and 2 tiny cucumber finger sandwiches with couple scones and couple macaroons . Total price of rubbish afternoon tea was £38 per person . Staff rude and will never want to visit this place again .

Customer service leaves much to be desired.

They were amazing … one of those rare occasions something tasted as abs zing as it looked … and in a beautiful box
