Ladyhaye International Pet Travel Ltd Reviews

We transported our puppy from the UK to NYC with Ladyhaye in August and it was a great experience. I am always nervous if we need to fly / transport our pets especially in the summer months due to the lengthly time they are in cargo, waiting customs etc. I always worry they would be traumatized with such a long flight. But our representative Bex was knowledgeable and importantly, very kind and patient. Answered every question I had with empathy and professionalism, and pointed me in the right direction to help me navigate customs clearance process with suggestions for vendors. My pup was transported very securely in a perfectly sized IATA crate for her size and weight and she was immediately cleared with customs upon her landing in NYC with the vendor suggested to us. Chloe arrived perfectly happy, wagging her little tail and butt. :) I would definitely work with Ladyhaye again.

I couldn't recommend Ladyhaye enough, after a lot of research and correspondence with different companies Bex replied promptly and professionally. Not only did this level of professionalism continue but I feel she went above and beyond with multiple questions from me throughout the process but also offering great reassurance. Thank you guys for everything.

Very professional, knowledgeable and caring with prompt and courteous customer service. Would highly recommend Bex at Ladyhaye and would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm so grateful for Ladyhaye. The process of transporting our cat from Scotland to Australia was overwhelming and confusing. Under the guidance of Bex expertise we were able to get all the paperwork done that we needed while she patiently answered all our questions and reassured us. Speedy communication made us always feel the situation was under control.

I did make a mistake in booking the Vet appointment and accidentally booked the same Vet to do the rabies bloodwork and the final health check (which is not allowed and would have resulted in Xena our cat been denied entry into Australia). Bex picked up on this straight away when I forwarded the paperwork to her just 48 hours before departure. Bex reached out to our vet directly immediately and arranged for another accredit vet to fill the final paperwork and kept us updated on the situation.

I highly recommend Ladyhaye. Competitively priced, highly knowledgeable, fantastic communication and exceeds customer service expectations.

I cant recommend Ladyhaye enough!!
Nigel & bex are amazing at what they do , it was a very stressful journey for our family and my dog Sam but Nigel & bex were wonderful in everything they did for us .
Reassuring me all the way with the countless times I would call checking everything was going to plan .
I will be forever grateful for the help to get our dog home to us in Australia.

Can't say enough good things about Bex and Ladyhaye. They assisted me with moving my dog to the states and the process was easy as can be because of their help. Bex is patient and responsive and was a real pleasure to work with.

Can’t thank Bex enough for her guidance and support moving our dog to Australia. We were based in Wales and she went above and beyond to provide us and our vets with the support we needed to make our dogs preparation, journey and settling in super smooth. Would’ve beenu a huge stress without Bex but she was a fantastic help. Highly recommend.

Have recently used Ladyhaye to move my 2 cats from Nottingham, UK to Toronto, Canada. I was very anxious at the prospect of having to relocate them but felt reassured throughout by Nigel and the team. They were collected from my home by the lovely Derek, who transported them safely down South for me. All the necessary DEFRA heath checks were taken care of beforehand and I was updated once they were booked onto their flight. I cannot recommend Ladyhaye enough if you are having to relocate your cherished furry family members.

Beckie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish in my move to the UK with my dog. She was so attentive and ensured the process was as smooth as possible, and was always on hand and quick to respond. Couldn't have done it without her! Absolutely recommend Ladyhaye if you need help with moving with a dog.

We are so pleased with the service that ladyhaye provide
We have used them over the past years and they have always been exceedingly helpful and reliable
Just recently they have travelled our four showdogs and our elderly cat over to Cape town the dogs came out of their crates and started playing in the garden straight away and the cat just started eating
We would highly recommend them
Thank you for your excellent service

We moved our dog from UK to NZ using Ladyhaye. I honestly cannot fault this company - they went above and beyond to help us ensure that the move would be stress free (including the fact that we had actually left the UK 2 months before the dog needed to travel). Bex is an absolute superstar - professional, efficient and responded quickly to every email I sent. Fab service and we will use them again when we return to the UK.

Can’t thank Ladyhaye enough with helping us bring our two Maltese/shih tzu dogs to Perth. Nothing was to much trouble for Bex, always replied to any emails regarding their move from the moment we chose the company in November until they arrived in Perth a week ago.

Bex handled all the changes that Australia made to quarantine at the beginning of March and again when there was changes to their flight to Singapore.

Would highly recommend Ladyhaye, but especially Bex

Thank you xxx

LadyHaye made our trips to and from Canada to the UK (and back) a seamless experience. Most recently, with the help of Bex from Ladyhaye, we got our Goldendoodle back into Canada. Bex was very helpful and explained everything well of what we needed to do, which made the move stress free. I highly recommend using their services.

Bex was organising my cats travel from Manchester to Jordan,Amman. I cannot thank her enough! She made it so easy for me as it was my first time also. I even struggled to find a vet to supply my fit to travel health certificate 48 before the flight. Bex made arrangements at Heathrow where my cat would go before the flight for the vet to check him over before travelling. She let me know what vaccines Jordan needed to accept my cat from the U.K. My mum was currently looking after my cat while I was in Jordan waiting for Simba. A driver named Julie came from Heathrow to Manchester to collect Simba. My mum said she was amazing and very professional checking all paper work was in order before leaving. Julie even text my mum to let her know when they safely arrived at the cattery where Simba would be staying the night before his flight. The whole experience was stress free as I knew my cat was in safe hands by then. Bex reassured me every step of the way, letting me know when Simba had his checks before flight, checked in and then departed. She then also made sure that I had been contacted by the other company in Jordan about his collection. I really appreciate a great company like this I can rely on for my cats travel. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience bringing my dog over from LA to London with Lady Haye! Beckie was so helpful guiding me through the process and answering all of my questions. On the day he arrived, she kept me updated on the clearing process until he was back in my arms. I'm so happy I chose Lady Haye.

I have to say that Ladyhaye travel were amazing. Bex who dealt with flying over our 3 dogs and Cat to Malaga was amazing. If I had a better word that amazing I would use it. This was the first time we have moved to another country and Bex took all the stress and organizing out of our hands and dealt with everything. We really couldn't have asked for more. When every I called I got to speak to the Bex straight away and she kept us informed while are pets were travelling as we travelled out a few days before them.
The icing on the cake was that we took over the keys to our new villa and the pets turned up 40mins after we opened the front door for the first time.
We were expecting them to be a bit stressed but they bounced out of the crates and came running to us all happy as can be. Alfie the cat after one day in the new home was happy as anything and after 3 days he was out exploring.
Thank you so much Bex for all your help.
Anyone looking to use a company to move your pets then I cannot recommend Ladyhaye enough.
Dave and David and the Zoo!!!!

I cannot fault Ladyhaye. I could not have done it without there services but a massive shout out to Bex. She made everything that seemed stressful the simplest thing. She made sure all paperwork was correct and answered every query efficiently and broke it down for me.
We flew our dog from UK to Melbourne quarantine and then Melbourne to brisbane. He arrived happy, safe and without any troubles. So glad I used them. Thanks so much guys!!

Ladyhaye did an excellent job for transporting our 2 dogs from UK to US.
Thanks Beckie especially for staying up late for confirming the US side operations.

Thank you Ladyhaye for all your help, patience and support in getting our 3 year old mischievous German Shepherd dog from Manchester to Perth, Australia. Your high levels of professionalism, attention to detail and personalised service, certainly made our experience run smoothly. We very much welcomed the personal 'diary of events' which helped with the planning of our Vet visits, the pre-departure visit made by Julie and the comfort in knowing that all of the team were available to answer our questions and deal with our special requests. Superb service from start to finish. We cannot recommend your services any higher . Thanks a million from a very happy family.

Thank you Lady Haye,
