worst support ever
i was subscribed for 2 months on a 10gb ram, for the first month it worked perfecly but after that it was just downhill, at days i couldnt even join the server for no apparent reason, contacting the support was worthless ,as it took HOURS to respond to a ticket, joining the discord and making tickets there was way faster and easier but it suddenly stopped some days after i joined, no idea why, back to the tickets on the website , all it was said to me was to try 1 by 1 mod until i magicly find why i couldnt join the server ,while friends, with the exact same modpack could join, sometimes the support was good, making a test world to test the mods in a new different world, removing like 3 mods at a time to find if it even was a mod, but loading minecraft with 300 mods each time takes time to load, and waiting to join the minecraft the support would just dissapear ,and of course the problem was mine because the timezones were so different, one of the most responses they gave me was "wake up earlier and open a ticket so we can help" the earlier was 5 am to my timezone, take into account that ive opened at this point 7+ tickets and spent literal days waiting for help.
they are now refusing me a refund for this month 04/2026 as its a "renew and we dont insure refunds to that "On top of that, you canceled yourself on 04/11/2026 16:08 which is before this refund request, and it's a renewal which we don't refund"
of course i canceled i woulnt want to pay another month waiting for a refund
even after telling them that i moved everything from their hosting service to another and i could send proof ,they of course ,asked for the ip to test , and after trying to join denied saying it was a different modpack ,BECAUSE i updated 1 mod, 1 mod not an entire modpack,wich didnt even had anything to do with the issue

Firstly, I would like to say that I currently have an active service with lagless.gg, which will be cancelled soon.

Kinetic Hosting Is Even better performance than lagless.gg for Minecraft servers, and kinetic hosting is 50 percent less expensive.

When a service like Kinetic Hosting exists, there is simply no reason to go with lagless.gg.

If you ask Lagless.gg, why you should pick Lagless and not kinetic hosting, they do not have an answer and they will get aggressive.

Conclusion: You can get better hardware and better service with Kinetic hosting for AT LEAST 50 percent cheaper. No reason to go with lagless.gg

⚠️ UPDATE March 13, 2026 – They cancelled all 3 paid VPS as retaliation for this review
After posting this honest review, Lagless.GG cancelled all 3 of my active VPS services without notice and without refund, including services fully paid through March 21, March 24, and April 17, 2026 — a total of $147/month in paid services they are now withholding. This is a direct retaliatory action against a legitimate customer review. Update to the response regarding the lies made: I have all the screenshots of the tickets and I don't insult anyone, liars.

I have been using Lagless.gg services for 2 months and the experience has been frankly disappointing. The customer support through tickets is terrible, response times are unacceptable and when they do reply they don’t solve anything effectively. The AMD VPS are a complete disaster, with constant freezes that make it impossible to maintain stable operations, something critical when you running 24 hours a day. To make matters worse, they charged me for the next week of the VPS one week before the expiration date and they refuse to issue a refund, which borders directly on customer abuse. I have lost trades and valuable time due to system crashes and freezes, something totally unacceptable for a service that advertises itself as trading oriented. I do not recommend Lagless.gg to any trader who needs stability and real support, there are much better options on the market for a similar or even lower price.

Perfect Minecraft Server Host

Very fast customer support, perfect server performance (2.6x better than shockbyte), Excellent control panel. Excellent prices. 5 stars.

Let's talk about some of the things I find scummy.

1. When looking at the plans on your website, it shows 2 different prices for all plans. What is it then, is it €13.60 per month for 8 GB or is it €16.00? This is just so confusing.

2. The “Why Lagless is the Best Minecraft Host in 2026” blog post feels like a long marketing piece that mostly puts down 30+ competitors instead of showing real benchmarks or transparent performance data. It doesn’t come across as objective.

3. The company says it’s been around since 2024, so it’s still very new. That’s fine, but the marketing positions it like an industry leader. There’s also some confusion around company structure and billing where there's “Edsllc Shopping Cart” showing up on bank statements. Now that's just suspicious...

4. The thing I find very unfair is the SLA. It caps credits at 15% and only at THEIR discretion, and the refund window is just 24 hours, which feels very tight compared to most hosts.

Overall, it just feels like I'm getting a server from a suspicious company that may stop offering its services any day now.

For Minecraft, servers with good specs, fast DDR5 ram, powerful ryzen 9 CPUs, a lot of locations and good prices. The server panel is pterodactyl, good ui and very straightforward config. If you are using a modpack its literally 2 clicks, select game version + modloader and the modpack. Everything sets up itself and there you go, a minecraft server. If you want to use your own mods they give you sftp access of drag and drop from the panel. 100% recommended, ill use their servers from now on

at first i had some difficulty get along with the UI and the fact that i paid using paypal before getting the server was frustrating , but the bank did refund me , then it was good , the deliverance speed and everything

Honestly great support overall. Had to get support 3 or 4 times and issues where resolved pretty quick.
Also great to know that there first option to help isnt spend more money on better server they actually try to make the experience the best they can with what you have before suggesting that.

Top of the line hardware and excellent support. Most hosts focus their money on marketing, Lagless focuses on providing the best of the best when it comes to game hosting.

The server is great, for me and my friends the 6GB, 3VCPU server has been fantastic and not lagged even once. Highly recommended specially with their pricing and transparency on their CPUs.

The servers are bad. The service is overpriced. The support team is useless.

When this company was STEL hosting, it was brilliant. Now these greedy people at Lagless.gg overcrowd their machines, you pay for a 9950x but you don't get 9950x performance.

Avoid at all costs, try anywhere else.

They will take money for the service 2 weeks before it is due. You'll end up paying for more than you want or need.

Generally very helpful staff, very quick response times! Generally very knowledgeable, I got to meet the CTO, and they have been very good at obtaining info on issues.

They are the best at all. Their hardware is very strong for huge capacity servers and their costumer service is excellent, they helped me instantly with every single problem I got. The are strongly recommended from someone who has got too many bad experiences with hosting services but these dudes are the best.

I've bought a server to play a SMP with my friends and since I was new to this I was kinda very clueless as to what to do but the support team and the owners are just fantastic. Since the moment I opened my ticket uptil the next 5 days when I ended my ticket, I've just gotten instant back-to-back support continuously and they helped me through every step clearly with instructions. As for some things I couldn't do, they did it for me at the best suitable time possible! They also have all varieties of options for buying a server and the purchase was very instant for me, I got the server during the moment of buying it. I would REALLY and 100% recommend this to everyone.
