Watch out for renewals - refuse to refund.

I purchased it to test out minecraft hosting. It renewed for the 2nd month today before I could put in the cancel request. I opened up a ticket with them to cancel and refund my transaction today and they refused and said only the first month is eligible for refunds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid over $400 USD for this service because I wanted something "reliable" for years to come. My server was completely deleted and I have been waiting for 2 days for these morons to attempt to restore it from 2/28 and it's now 4/11. When you pay that much for a server you would thing it would be ready and available at whenever time you try and access it. This is utter bullshit and trash. I recommend anything else other than this trash.

The website is buggy and confusing

The website is buggy and confusing. I requested to cancel my service back in January they argue back that I reactivated my game service which was not the case the cancel service button never disappeared from the site causing me to have submitted several requests to cancel service but customer service took 5 hours to review and stated that I requested reactivation proceeded to ask if I was still there and disconnected the chat.

Great value for the price!

Great value for the price! The server setup and management are super easy, and everything works right out of the box. Even when running mods, the gameplay stays smooth with no lag. Definitely a reliable hosting provider for long-term use.

I've been using this server host for a few months now, and honestly, it's one of the best server hosting experiences I've had. The Minecraft server stays up consistently with reliable uptime and stable performance. Even when working with mods, everything runs smoothly without crashes. Unreliable service, broken support, and zero real help

I paid for a server through Godlike so my friends and I could game together, and for the first month it worked fine. Then out of nowhere, the storage usage on my server suddenly spiked beyond the normal capacity limit it had always stayed under. Because of that, the server won’t even turn on anymore—and there’s no option to upgrade storage on my end.

Their chatbot that’s supposed to let you upgrade or manage your server is completely broken. Their support bot is just as bad: it sends the generic “we received your request” message, and if you refresh the page or wait too long, the ticket just disappears. Totally useless.

When I finally got a human response, they talked to me like I was clueless and gave me a copy‑and‑paste answer telling me to “delete files or buy more storage,” even though I had already explained that upgrading storage wasn’t possible. After that, they just stopped responding altogether.

I spent over three hours trying to fix an issue I cannot fix myself, and they offered no real assistance. An entire evening I could’ve spent gaming with friends was wasted because their service is unreliable and their support is basically nonexistent. At this point, using Godlike feels like a gamble—and most of the time, you lose. I will be finding another server hosting platform to toss 50$ a month at.

Sin respuesta de soporte…

Trate de abrir un servidor de project zomboid para una versión del juego que aparece para seleccionar en el panel de configuración, no me dejo y tiro error todas las veces, contacte a soporte y me dieron soporte durante 3-4 horas, después nada, pasa toda una tarde y vuelvo a preguntar si hay solución o puedo pedir un reembolso, ninguna respuesta hasta este momento, día y medio sin una sola respuesta de soporte, no recomiendo para nada este servicio de hosting habiendo miles de alternativas.

My 4-year server got fully deleted by…

My 4-year server got fully deleted by godlike.host. I have hosting via multiple platforms for the last 4 years, and recently (~9 months ago) switched to Godlike.host. While using their serviced I noticed extremely high latency and very slow chunk rendering. Also, their prices are much higher than compared to other companies. Additionally, every month I recieved several emails from them and had to manually approve each transaction. For the period that I didn't, the server was offline.

I deactivated my old credit card about a month ago, and recieved an email that I had to pay the invoice. I didnt see it at the time, and I didn't recieve a following email. Come to today, I check on the server and I dont see it. I contact support, and they say that they "deleted my server". They have no remaining backups, and to make matters worse, didnt send me A SINGLE EMAIL warning me that they will delete my server. I had no idea that my server was going to be deleted. According to their support team, servers get fully wiped off their database if the invoice isnt paid in 15 days. Aboslutely ridiculous, and now all the players hate me because "I lost the server".

Avoid this company – Incompetent HR and terrible service

had an extremely disappointing experience with Godlike.Host, both as a candidate and a user.

Recruitment process: It’s a complete waste of time. The HR is utterly incompetent—she couldn’t answer basic questions about company benefits or the product itself. It felt like she didn't even understand what the company does. After making me do some useless, poorly designed test tasks, they went completely silent. No feedback, no follow-up, just total silence. It’s clear they have zero respect for candidates' time.

The Product: Out of curiosity, I tried their hosting service, and it was a disaster. It is easily the worst hosting you can get for your money. Huge latency, terrible data delays, and a setup process that is unnecessarily complicated.

Trust the negative reviews you see online—they are 100% accurate. This company is a mess from the inside out. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only are they expensive they’re total douchebags that don’t even help you. They expect you to download three different things just to make their server playable. They advert that their 8 gigs is suitable for modpacks and even with friends but it’s non stop lag and they’ll just time you out for saying anything about their servers

Meet Serge he has an ai pfp responded by trying to upsell me to a 16GB plan instead of actually addressing the issue.

But that makes no sense to me.

If the server can’t handle one player on an 8GB plan, which they themselves advertise for modpacks and multiplayer, why would I trust that 16GB will magically fix it? By that logic I’d need 30GB just to play with another person.

false advertising for an upgrade beware.

i have a minecraft server which i purchased for 16$ its a 6gb ram server and after some time was offered a 0$ upgrade to 8gb of ram so i pressed it and immediatly with no delay 8$ was deducted from my card balance without my authorization and was not offered a refund for my money this is false adversiting showing an upgrade for 0$ and then deducting from my balance they only offered account credit for which i have no use for.
