Great place to stay
The location is great, 3 min walk into town. Place was clean, tidy, well decorated. Great bathroom. Front bedroom has the best comfy bed, slept better than I do at home! Would recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent stay!
The team at Laik were excellent and very responsive to any questions. We had such a lovey few days in the Lakes and were very happy with the cottage which was comfortable for all the family and finished to a high standard - and in a great location. Best Location in Bowness
Having stayed in Bowness many times we knew this property for which the location is perfect.
Apart from a little TLC here and there ie Front Door, downstairs front window frame the house met our needs and expectations. Would recommend and stay here again

Professional, personable and consistent.
Laik were extremely professional and helpful from the point of booking until the moment we left. Their welcome guide was extremely detailed and helpful for us. Their correspondence was proactive and consistent. We had absolutely no issues during our stay I felt absolutely confident they would’ve sorted anything immediately. We weren’t due to check in until 4pm, however Laik kindly allowed us to utilise the driveway from 2pm. These are the little things that make your stay feel more personable and comfortable. Will certainly be booking with Laik again in the future.

We wouldn't hesitate to book again through Laik. We love that all their properties are available to view online, coupled with the fact they have physical premises situated in the heart of the Lake District giving you peace of mind their staff are available to assist, should you need them. Laik's properties are stunning and they are spotlessly clean. To be honest, the property we stayed at was even better than the photographs online and they were stunning! The level of communication you receive from Laik is fabulous and this makes your stay even more enjoyable as they've already answered every question you'd need to ask. Fantastic new apartment
Honestly this apartment is beautiful great attention to detail
Even the pottery is lovey
Kitchen is well equipped even salt pepper oil ect for cooking
The apartment is spotless and cleaned to a high standard
The location is perfect can walk to loads of dog friendly pubs and restaurants
The view out of the windows is lovely
The customer service was fab and very informative of the lakes as a whole
We had a fab time and will definitely recommend and go back

Accommodating was amazing and we had…
Accommodating was amazing and we had such a good time. Loved the setting and views especially. Would just like to raise a concern with the cleanliness of the property, glasses were smeared and needed rewashing before use, floor and windows in need of a clean. Everything else was great, so thank-you for a lovely stay.
