I am very happy to share my experience with Lakme salon at Salem. I had been visited Lakme salon Salem last week for the first time. They are providing excellent services, a good ambiance & maintain good hygiene.

This review is for Lakme saloon , Kalidasa road ,Mysore.
I had been for my hair cut and fully satisfied with the hair cut and the services provided by Mr. Shubham.
After a long time have seen a specialist in hair cut in Lakme saloon, Retain such a talent , he deserves the best.

I did my wedding makeup, hairdo and saree draping from Lakmé Salon, Lalpur, Ranchi on May 03, 2022. Cost INR 20,000/-.

Hair-do was horrible. A lot of my scalp was visible. The only thing I asked of them in the hair-do was to do it in such a way that my face doesn't look big and my hair looks voluminous. THEY DID A TIGHT TOP BUN PULLING MY HAIR BACK. So, my face looked huge and my hair had very less volume. I was a bald bride on my wedding day.

In short, my wedding pics came out terribly (the photographers did try to salvage) and my wedding album is ruined.

I didn't notice that my scalp is showing since I can't see the top of my head. The only person who could see that was the hairdresser, who effectively ruined my hairstyle.

PS: They also draped the benarasi saree on me which got undone in the middle of the pheras and I had to somehow save my dignity in front of everyone.

Edit, Sept 26: I had made this comment on Lakmé Salon FB account and Lakmé Salon Lalpur's FB account. They called me up and asked me not to comment anywhere else. They apologized and I agreed. Today I noticed that they have removed all my comments. Now people will not know how badly I have been tricked. They are the worst in business. Don't go to their shop.

Edit 2: I received a call from the zonal manager of Jharkhand, Lakmé who asked me
1. What is your problem? (Despite posting with pics multiple times)
2. Why did you complain 6 months later? (That's a lie, I started complaining in June, the manager received the complaint in Nov. Shows how lackadaisical Lakmé is)
3. Why didn't you complain at the salon? (Also written here, clearly they didn't care to read)
Basically, it was victim shaming. He offered me some coupons and complimentary services like I'm begging for something. This is not only shamless by downright offensive.

David the hairdresser done a great job. He gave me superb look by my haircut .i have lots of praise from my relatives upon my different look.thanks a lot for give me nice haircut.

Lakme salon JP North Mira Road is the worst. I got cysteine treatment of 10K and the results are horrible. It started fading in just 48 hrs. The technicians are unskilled and unprofessional. These are all the things they told me.
1 I didn’t buy there product from Lakme shop so it can be fake
2 hair has split ends. Removing split ends with haircut can give the smooth cysteine look, they can’t guarantee
3 JP water is bad when they are using the same water to wash the hair
4 the hair is cut in steps so it wouldn’t get the effect

Never get any treatment done from this branch

At Lakme it was really one horrible experience of mine the service i got there was not quite up to the mark and the workers out there were least bothered about the customers and i said to level up my hair in straight way but they did in upside down ways and it's not proper now it's absolutely improper and I'm quite disappointed with this service and in Future i will never recommend this salon to anyone in my life it was really not good neither welcoming nor doing there jobs proper instead i want this salon to shut down as soon as possible where you can't value the customers and there likings and dislikings and it's about your hair or body or face how can someone trust so much on you people

I had visited Lakme Salon BTM Layout Bangalore. I'm writing a honest feedback about my worst experience at this Salon. I went in for an Hair Cut and just asked the Stylist to trim my hair in the same style as I had before which meant about trimming an inch or 2 of my existing cut. But the Stylish gave me strange cut which anyone with normal eyes couldn't have possibly given because the left side layer was shorter than right. How can this be even possible? A customer pays for a service and expects a service in return. As we don't pay half the money? Right? I have to wait atleast 6 months for my hair to grow to a decent length to fix the crazy haircut i got at Lakme. I can't even imagine how anyone can give such a haircut but looking at reviews looks like people have faced uneven haircut issues at this particular Salon. Maybe it is good idea to check with the stylist which haircut is he/she is comfortable in giving instead of dealing with a uneven haircut for months. i wouldn't recommend Lakme Salon to anyone.

I visited lekme saloon Geeta Bhavan Indore road and the experience was very bad. Below are the key points that feel me to write the review. I will never visit the saloon and also tell the people that lekme is a cheater.

1. Staff has no knowledge of hair treatment.
2. I took hair straighten service and staff promised that hair will be straight long to 6 months.
3. We took the service as promised but after 3 days of service, hair was in the same situation as earlier before the hair straightening service. We called the saloon staff and explain the things and they told us to revisit the saloon and we will check it and do service free of charge.
4. While visiting the saloon after a few days, They told me that it is not possible to again give you service free of charge.

The service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. . They do things in a very sanitary and orderly manner. It was fantastic. On my second visit, I even got off. I would strongly suggest this saloon for any service. Overall, it was well worth the effort.

Worst experience. I had visited Lakme salon borivali west. Opted for facial which ended up in 25 mins with barely any massage.

It has always being a great experience there. The professionals are excellent. I always have a great time there.

Very good customer service

Experience was quite good, hygienic ..overall I loved it 😊

I don't know if mine was an isolated experience.Anyway it's been a week since the unacceptable experience happened to me.With the trust of Lakme's name , I went to Lakme Hyderabad Madhapoor salon for a shaving and a hair cut. First impression was like it's just like an ordinary salon only which I saw down the street. And I informed them I need hair dressing. In 5 minutes some random guy came (Who was having a different uniform than others) and escorted me to a cabin which I felt like a store room (piles of clutters, broken lights systems, dusty and dirty room ).

Next immediately he took his equipment (in between he went three times to borrow the equipments from others) and started the hairdressing immediately without even asking me what kind of style I need ,do I need anything in particular, or any allergy do I have ( No basic hair dressing procedure which even you will get in any common Barber shop). I told him later how to do it. He did some cuts here and there and its over, not even showed me how the back side looks . Each and everything you have to instruct them how to do. And at the end I felt bad because before the hair cut ,the style was much batter than after .Now it's like I'm wearing a wig on my head.

Secondly I had a shaving too. It's been one month I shaved so I thought of making a clean shave. How the process went made me speechless. He came with one razor and form . Without trimming the long hair off or applying needed gel . He just applied the form on my beard and did a clean shave on the skin with the blade.What is the outcome? I had a bleeding skin .Literally my skin was bleeding then I had to use napkin to stop. Still i can feel the pain and the black spot caused by the blood.

I now feel a very local salon can offer 1000% more satisfactory service than this with a 700% less charges. At least they wont make your skin bleed like what Lakme salon did .

(Even I spoke to them there directly and given later a verbal and written constructive feedback but nothing satisfactory happened).

The service is really amazing. A wholesome beauty salon experience I got.

Nice place with high end products. Some of great makeup artists are there. Professional and Supportive staff. Really a good service provided by lakmesalon.
