They have designed an amazingly beautiful, modern, and functional bag. I get so many compliments on it - more than any other bag I've owned! The customer service team is always prompt and communicative.

Impeccably helpful to solve an unfortunate mishap

After not receiving my order I reached out to customer service. WOW! They are really the best ever! When I said that a mistake was made on my address, they offered to send a replacement or return my money. When I said I preferred the replacement, I received it in less than a week! They were prompt in replying to my emails and all around GREAT! Will continue to visit this site to see what else I need!

Worst kickstarter I could support. Quality is below average. Zippers are not even closing anymore , the extras do not fit as advertised and the magnetic snap doesn’t even work to keep them in place . Honestly just an average bag for which I pork pay most $50 but what they are selling it for 10x the price it baffles me that people are buying it

Let me start by saying how much I LOVE my La Mansio bag (mega, brown). I travel bimonthly and it fits all of my working needs. I also love how many compliments I receive in the airport (I am basically a walking advertisement). I had a small issue with the zipper, but Emma and the customer service team were amazing. They were prompt in their response and provided excellent customer care to fix the minor issue. I am so grateful for not only the quality of the bag but also the quality of care to me, the customer. The quality of the La Mansio goods are fabulous. There was a missing item in my order supplied, and getting in touch to query this, I was offered two great solutions and the issue dealt with in a little over 24 hours. Emma was brilliant to deal with. In a world where customer service no longer seems a priority, La Mansio are exceeding expectations.

As an uncertain person I have waited almost a year to get my hands on this bag. It’s worth every cent! I use it mostly for my job and OMG it has elevated my style so much! It is build so practical and with logic. Every pocket, every zipper or button has a purpose. A bag with logic where I finally have order instead of a big bag where I just throw my stuff in. I would never trade back to my old bag and can only recommend to buy it if you have a busy schedule where your bag has to keep up with you.

In general, it arrived in a beautiful box to keep the bag safe. I ordered it in Duotone Coffee Saffians as it suits my style best. beautiful colour! The straps were included (the pads are super soft and I enjoy to carry the bag on one shoulder but when I am in a hurry I love it that I can change it in a backpack. Due to the many pockets everything stays in place!) and I ordered the computer case as well as I need it for work (it clicks inside the bag so it does not move around and when I only need the case I love it that I can just add the straps). It’s impeccably beautiful and I was so excited when I got it!

Beautiful bag, very thought-through - with different zippers, hidden compartments, water bottle holder, exchangeable straps.
Great fabric - the dark brown leather I chose is beautiful.
Only improvement areas: Customer service is extraordinarily friendly but take quite some time to reply (but then always to the fullest satisfaction). Upper zipper gets stuck sometimes and is a bit rough to open and close. The opening of the side compartment - like a wet bag for shoes - is very tight, I can't squeeze anything in.

Maybe next time try to incorporate removable handles for the bag, so that when you turn it to a backpack it doesn't look weird.

Overall, 100% recommending this beautiful, beautiful bag, fast delivery with attentive and friendly customer service!

I love my beautiful bag so much! I bought the Heritage Brown from the Kickstarter campaign and received it probably a year ago now in Australia.
I was saving it for special occasions but now use it every day. My job requires a wad of documents/plans most days and often a laptop too. These fit in easily along with my other bits and pieces. Have been using it daily for almost a year and it is still strong and in perfect condition.
I looooove the way it looks, just staring at it makes me happy. I feel like a proper, classy adult when I use it. I got the laptop case too, which is strong and looks great. The packing cube fits an unbelievable amount of stuff for how much it reduces down to.
Love the double zipper with strap to open both at the same time - use this always.
The pass through for luggage is awesome too.
Have used it as a backpack too and that works well.
The most expensive item I've ever purchased but so worth it. It has elevated me as a person. Thanks for making such an awesome, cool, functional, beautiful bag <3

The quality of the construction and the aesthetic design are absolutely fabulous. One of the add-on items I purchased was the compression bag and the level of innovation and ingenuity in the construction was breathtaking.
The La Mansio leather is beautiful, rich, and the ways that you can wear the bag are very versatile.
I was slightly nervous making a purchase online without physically holding the bag, but I can say unequivocally, that I made the right choice!

I absolutely adore my La Mansio Bag. It's not just aesthetically pleasing, but incredibly practical too. What sets it apart is its versatility: for long distances, I wear it as a backpack, yet for shorter distances, I effortlessly transition it into a handbag mode. Despite these varying carrying styles, it remains a singular, exceptionally designed bag that can adapt to different needs. Its spacious interior can hold everything from my laptop to my water bottle with ease. The design is simply fantastic. The order was very simple to place, with a wide choice of options (I love the makeup pouch that is used for many other things!), the personalized and regular follow-up is reassuring for the proper delivery of the package and in the end the bag is superb, practical, very beautiful finish, with a beautiful volume that allows you to put many things in a very organized way, I finally found the ideal bag ;)

I received my La Mansio' Heritage and Petit M bags a couple of days ago and I was really happy for the investment I made! Both look elegant and are very functional 😊 To receive it from China to Bulgaria took about a month. The support team were very helpful with all my questions and made the process smoother, while the local postal service and customs were not that available. I would advise customers to check at their customs if/ what VAT is there applied to parcels.

The bag is nice, but heavy cause it's leather (but that is not the companyy's fault i guess). That is to be considered with the buy. Otherwise i find it very pretty. Unfortunately, i have had issues with the zipper (it is popping open randomly, so it is not usable, especially as a backpack) and the handles (the seams are ripping open). It is a guarantee issue (1 year guarantee according to their statutes) and I have reported it to La Mansio via Email at the beginning of November 23. I have not received an answer, so i followed up with another E-Mail asking for a reply some weeks later. I have not heard anything since and I think they will not hold their guarantee promise, which means the bag has not even lasted one year (and the price is far too high for that). I have heard similar stories from other buyers. I think it is normal that there will be problems coming up with a new product, but i do not appreciate not following up on that and therefore providing bad customer service. I will update this review if I will receive an answer/the issue will be resolved eventually.

Update: LaMansio has reached out answering this review. After providing my original messages they first proposed some solutions that were not applicable for me (like a discount for a further purchase). After insisting on the processes provided by german law (replacement, refund or repair), we reached an agreement and I got a new bag. They were very friendly, included me in the replacement process and updated almost every day. I am now happy to have a new bag. As I haven't used it yet, I cannot attest to quality changes yet, but it looks very nice.

I am getting so many compliments everywhere I go with my Toscano La Mansio that I am making all my friends green with envy, as green as my Toscano :)
As much as it took almost 2 years before I received it via my investment through kickstarter.com, I believe it was truly worth it with all the rave reviews I am receiving.
Looking forward to new add-ons to make La Mansio even more versatile as ever... I basically purchased all the add-ons offered during the campaign.
