Amazing bag. Always receive many compliments (from the office to the gym, to the airport, everyone compliments it). I had an issue with the zipper and Emma at customer service helped me in a timely and very dedicated manner. I did receive a new bag just a 1-2 week after. I would definitely recommend buying this great and unique bag!

Great customer service! My bag's zipper handle somehow fell off and when I contacted customer service they were very understanding, even though it was outside of its warranty window, and we're happy to send through some replacement zipper handles.

The bag is super efficient and their customer service is amazing... they were so helpful when i wrongly ordered the wrong color and eventually i got the color i wanted.

I’ve been using my black La Mansio Bag for half a year and I couldn’t be happier. It’s part of my everyday life (carrying my work laptop, water bottles, lunch etc) and I LOVE that everything stays organized throughout the day. It’s very convenient and definitely meets the expectations. Whatever you see on the website, it’s exactly like that in real life. So yeah, I can only recommend it. A lot of people asked me where my bag is from and I’m always happy to share the details.

Additionally I’d like to point out that their customer service is outstanding🙌🏼 They’ve been extremely helpful, friendly and prompt, not only before purchase, but months after when I had a question. I never had such great customer service experience before, so this adds a lot of value in my eyes😊

I reported a zipper issue to La Mansio and they sent me a replace bag with a gift straight away. I don't see any issue with the new bag and pretty sure I will use it as my everyday bag. Thank you so much for your quick and kind action.

I have two different bags and I love the classy, clean and sophisticated look of each bag. I've had to engage with customer service for a handle that was peeling and their service is fantastic. I gauge a company not only by the workmanship of their goods but by the management and care of their consumer. I've been impressed with their offers to remedy the issue and equally impressed by how they genuinely appear to care about your opinion of the outcome. I would recommend La Mansio's products to my dearest friends. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is because I've had a repair issue within the first year of owning my bag.

Second purchase from La Mansio, it tells it all

I bought the La Mansio bag in Heritage Brown from the original Kickstarter and was so excited to use it. Once I received the bag, I immediately made it my every day bag for work, going out, etc. and loved it!

However, after just a few months, the zippers began to get stuck frequently, and the bag wouldn't close due to the zipper. This, unfortunately, made the bag unusable as I could secure my belongings. I note that other users have had this same experience, so it's clearly an issue with the design of the bag rather than user error.

I reached out to customer service to understand how to fix the issue. However, their only response was to offer me a discount to buy a new bag rather than to provide any useful/practical advice on how to fix my current bag, despite me asking multiple times.

It felt like a sales gimmick rather than a company that truly cared about customer satisfaction, particularly since it was an issue with the manufacture of the product.

I really bought into the concept and the company at the start and am severely disappointed to say that it feels more like a scam than anything else after my experience.

UPDATE: I didn't delete my original review but I am providing an update. I was sent a replacement bag since the zipper on my original one was broken and I was not happy with the quality. I made sure to use the new bag for at least 3 months before editing my review. This new bag has lasted so far and the zipper is ok. The bag is stylish and easy to convert to styles to wear. I get compliments for it. However my opinion has not changed that it doesn't fit as much things as needed or expected and it is quite heavy. Otherwise it is comfortable to wear as a back pack and it works for what I need for work.

I'm not sure why the ratings on here are so high. My experience since ordering and then receiving the La Mansio bag has been terrible. It took around 1.5 years to actually receive the bag with little direct communication. You had to dig yourself to find information and the communication was just full of excuses from manufacturing issues to shipping issues. When I recieved my bag, I found that the material and craftsmanship were low quality. The material is much thinner than I would expect for the price, definitely not quality leather. The bag is also not as spacious as they say. Wearing it is uncomfortable as it is heavier than they advertise and the straps aren't comfortable. It also takes a lot of effort to convert it to different styles. I've been using the bag for a year now and both zippers are broken so it won't zip anymore. Terrible purchase, be warned!

La Mansio's team pitched their Everyday bag just before Covid really hit... so against all the usual challenges of launching a new product, they faced supply chain shortages, quarantines, isolation and disillusion. Despite all that they kept us updated on progress - from order to global delivery - with their own upbeat morale-boosting messages and tone: and delivered a fine, innovative bag. My wife loves it. Kudos to the team: you've come through a major trial and are capable of anything now.

7.5.2024- so first travel with a bag done and here is review: i love it.
Pros:Its super comfy to wear during airport movements and also its nicely stored and accesible on board. It fits a lot of things and big opening is nice :) i do suggest to use small bags for cabels or make-up or pills, as it might be hard to find by hand in dark.
Cons: i would love to have luggage mount horizontaly, not verticaly as it is now, for big luggage its unconfortable to move around (short space available on extended handle). Cabin luggage which has more space on extended handle is perfect. I would also appreciate some lock on handles, as those flap around while carrying. I used string and tied a bow :)
Overal amazing bag, works well on travels. office day or business trip cant be worse :)

The bag is of the highest quality and has that wonderful new leather smell. I had a few concerns and contacted customer service via email and received very prompt and excellent assistance. Emma was amazingly helpful in answering my questions and assisting me.

I know it can feel risky to buy from new websites and startups but this company seems to really care about the product and its customers. I can’t recommend them enough.

UPDATE from 25.04.2024: La Mansio contacted me after about a week. I received a refund for about EUR100 which I appreciate. Hasn't really change the fact that the pouches still stink but it was the best we could do in this situation, so I appreciate the company decided to take responsibility for the issue. Thank you.

I received my bag (black one) with all of the additional pouches in expected time. Unfortunately the whole thing stinks horribly. Can’t say what it is but it has a very distinct chemical formaldehyde like smell. I washed everything with damp cloth, then tried to air out the smell while everything has been siting on a couch for days. No results. The pouches are the worst. The whole room stinks like a chemical plant. I wonder if anyone had the same issue. I can’t use it, it’s way too intense and I’m sure whatever I put in there will begin to smell.

Alexa worked with me to organize a replacement for my original La Mansio Bag after the double-zippers at the top spoiled. It took a little back and forth to get the discount codes for the replacement to work correctly on the website, but Alexa was always very responsive and determined to solve the tech issues. I'm appreciative of the upgrades to my new bag and laptop case. The case is just bigger enough to hold the laptop power cord, and is much lighter with the new zip-off closure flap. The bag itself also has an improved interior pocket layout. I'm also very appreciative of the discount code for future purchases and look forward to seeing La Mansio expand their range of products.
