Auf der Website sind aber nach wie vor für alle völlig normale Versandkosten einsehbar und nicht plötzlich +127USD Mehrkosten! A month later and only now the bag has been shipped. I have tried to reach out multiple times. No one responds. Awful customer service.

Ordered my bag and wanted to return it, due to a very poor quality. Unfortunately, after asking several times for a return form, as described on the website, I did not receive one. This is not a serious company, even if the pictures on Instagram look good, don't order a bag!!!

Used kickstarter to fund their Christmas supply while still not delivering to the kickstarter pledgers. Company is taking advantage of kickstarter and other funding sites while being dishonest and disloyal to those willing to take a risk on them.

when my shipment got late, the company send me again my order, that was great and helpful.

The bag is completely different than what other manufacturers do, the design of the bag has actually been put to the effort and thought out needs. I love this bag. Customer service is very helpful. Fast delivery and in my opinion this is reliable company. I made my first purchase about a year ago and I plan to continue as a customer in the future.

I've fallen in love with La Mansio. I'm now the proud owner of:
- The La Mansio One (Black Saffiano)
- The Mini (Black Saffiano)
- Laptop case, makeup bag and packing cube all in Coffee Saffiano.

I got my first La Mansio from my mum Christmas 2023 and it has survived SO MUCH. I'm a mum, a PhD researcher and I travel a lot for work. The Saffiano leather is unscratchable. All of my La Mansio products look brand new, no matter how irresponsibly I throw them around.

Customer service is amazing. I had a problem with the first generation’s zipper and they are quick to resolve and was very responsive throughout the communication.

I wanted to share my positive experience with their customer service team. They were very helpful and answered all my questions with patience.

Same issues as everyone else - the zips were within months not staying together as the zipper metal is poor quality and immediately bends out of place so the teeth don't mesh.
Contact was largely useless, still have the original bag and no replacement was forthcoming. Most likely we will get the zips replaced ourselves at Timpsons. The rest of the bag is pretty good, but the risk of everything just falling out when it's on your back is far too high.

The last communication I had regarding La Mansio was in Nov 24, from Trustpilot, as La Mansio wanted proof of my order for this review. Searching my inbox the last message from La Mansio was Update #16 regarding the kickstarter. Perhaps the reach-outs have been put into spam by gmail and auto deleted, and if so I apologise for that, please do send another and I will watch my spam the next few days.
For anyone else reading this, there is an excellent bag repair shop next to Tooting Broadway who put 2 new (good quality) zips on for £70, and the bag has been great ever since.
Extra edit: Just checked my instagram messages and there is a message from me to La Mansio in October 24 asking them for the procedure to fix the zips, BEFORE I wrote this review. They had ignored that message.

The team at La Mansio were responsive to all my special requests. The bags are excellent quality, well thought out and a joy to use.

It’s my first time making a purchase with La mansio, but I can’t stop thinking it probably won’t be the last. Their attentive and welcoming staff are able to transmit such care and passion that you only wish there were more customer support like them. Thank you for all your hard work

Bought it on the crowdfunder as a work bag. After very light use as a tote, I used it for the first time as a backpack a couple of years down the line. Both zips broke on the first outing. Customer service was very unhelpful, despite this being clearly down to poor manufacturing. Best offer they gave me was a 'discount' to enable me to spend another £100 or so on their shoddy product in order to replace it.

Despite the problem in the beginning with reaching out to the La Mansio team, the response afterwards was great and I am very grateful for their help.

Although I have not yet purchased a product from La Mansio, I have had a great experience with them already because of how a customer support representative, Emma, handled my inquiries. I first reached out to La Mansio through chatbot, asking about the production of out-of-stock products and did not receive any response for a while, so I wrote a quick message, using Contact Us forum. Then, I was contacted by Emma, and she explained that there was a technical error which caused them not to see my message. From the point on, she was remarkably helpful with providing answers to all my inquiries and more. I am tremendously grateful to her for going above and beyond to assist me promptly and diligently. Thanks to her dedicated work, I am more excited to order the product from them than I was prior to the interaction with Emma.

I got my first bag with the original kickstarter campaign after searching for a women's bag that was designed with the right pockets and straps for heavy international travel, and this bag delivered. I am regularly stopped by strangers in the street, colleagues, and even flight attendants who recognize a practical/stylish bag! A year in with daily use the zipper broke, which isn't ideal, but La Mansio made it fast and affordable to replace, and I love the bag enough to hope that the newer versions will have a sturdy zipper for continued use.

Very good customer support service. They were quick to answer and offered solution alternatives to my requests. They were also, extra nice :)

Fantastic bags. Great quality. Highly functional. Love the wet pouch feature and the versatility of being able to transform it into a backpack. I can also easily carry my yoga mat. The customer service for all my three bags has felt very personalised and attentive.

I backed up the original campaign on Kickstarter. Even after waiting for more than a year, I was not dissapointed when my bag finally arrived in the mail. Everything they promised, they delivered. Use it daily for work (it can hold my 16” laptop) and for travelling (fits on top and inside my carry on suitcase).
