We had a very complicated case because we were buying in Wales and selling in England and there was a difference between what would happen if we didn't get the sale through before the Lands Transaction Tax holiday finished. Lambertpugh went above and beyond to get it through on time. They were brilliant. Thank you Team 5!!

My first experience with Lambert Pugh and I was a little apprehensive using them rather than a local solicitor, but decided to give them a try due to their competitive pricing. The sale was not entirely straightforward but our conveyancer Anita Williams worked really hard to get the job done. Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed by email and telephone calls when required. She was friendly, effective and very thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Team 5 are outstanding! I have used them three times over the last few years and they have never let me down. My recent purchase was completed before the 30th June stamp duty deadline, which I hadn’t expected considering I only instructed them at the end of April. They kept me updated throughout the transaction and I didn’t need to chase once. I highly recommend them.

Lambert Pugh acted for us in the sale of our house. Anita Williams was the conveyancer working on our sale. The sale was not straightforward but Anita gave great advice, was always responsive to emails and calls from us and dealt with the buyers' conveyancing team in a very professional manner. This is our second time using Lambert Pugh and we would definitely use them again.

Even though all communications were done online LP through Susie Dove the service was professional, knowledgable and prompt. Everything you want. Have always used local conveyances but would use LP from now on.

Anita Williams was brilliant. It wasn't a straightforward sale and the buyer's solicitors were awful, but Anita showed great knowledge and skills in order to get the sale through.

Selling and buying houses is always a time consuming and frustrating business, particularly at the moment, but Lambert Pugh did their best to move the process along . Particular thanks to Hollie and her team. A good value service from a professional company.

Very happy with the service from Emma and Team 5. They were very responsive to any questions we asked and we felt they worked hard in our best interest. We had a complex last minute issue which they assisted and supported us through, and our sale and purchase went through in 9 weeks. All done under the pressures of covid restrictions and the end of the stamp duty holiday, so very impressed indeed.

Once again Anita Williams has excelled with what proved to not be a straight forward purchase. Her professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding . Awful service.
Approached them to act for a sale and purchase of a house. The initial stages of obtaining costs was simple but after that it all went wrong.
Could never speak to any of them on the phone and it went to voicemal and told you to email. Emailed several times and no one ever called us back. We were trying to contact them for 6 weeks and never ever spoke to anyone on the phone.
Posted documents they claim to never recieved. On attempt 2, When I Iasked if I could put the documents they required through their office door (so I know they had actually got them) they said no they had to be posted. They were adamant they needed to see our original Marriage certificate and after the lost documents, there was no way I was posting them the original. Emails got ignored and eventually we gave up and went to a different firm who were more money but are worth every penny.
Unfortunately in our chain, one party are using lamber pugh and it has been a nightmare trying to get things out of them so I know we were not just unfortunate in the service we recieved as it seems to a common theme.

The service provided by Anita Williams was quite simply outstanding. We really appreciated her professionalism and responsiveness and cannot praise her highly enough.

Anita Williams was great, a real attention to detail, always available to talk through questions and explained every part of the process very well.

I chose to use Lambert Pugh as they were the cheapest on the market. Communication has been excellent, I cannot fault their work, it took just 9 weeks from the start of instructions to the date of completion, they have always been ahead of the game. I can recommend Lambert Pugh Team 9 I saved a lot of money by using them also other solicitors could not guarantee a quick completion. Thank you team 9

I have experienced delays on responses of up to a month, delays on communication of me chasing and no answer, no call back when requested time and again and no way of getting hold of anyone.

Basically my sale is at risk of falling through and despite emailing daily asking for an update/call for a week I am being ignored, hence am now here, although doubt it will do any good.

It has got to the point where the buyers solicitors are asking me for responses as they are not getting answers. I would love to say all this is not due to Team 4 but when you can't talk to anyone its hard to see both sides.

My advice, pay a little more and get someone who actually emails/calls you.

They were great and on it! We’ve moved into our new house and are really happy! I wish we could have spoken to someone and they’d answered the phone - but you get what you pay for.
