I followed a link from reallymoving.com to find a Conveyancer, I was initially contacted by Sharon; their New business advisor. She was prompt and helpful and still had the record of my initial quote request from many months previously, which saved a lot of time. Within 7 days of the first email I had been given contact details for Anita at team 8 to commence my Sale.

Anita has been fantastic, prompt and professional throughout. She has been my source of information and reassurance through what can be a very overwhelming process.
I was given both email and a direct contact number for her, and both were answered promptly whenever I needed to use them.
Anita was always happy to explain situations in laymans terms for me (this was my first sale) and to follow up telephone explanations with a written email (when needed) so that I had the correct technical information to return to the purchasers with.
She also chased delays with searches on my behalf and sent emails to keep me updated and reassure me of progress while she was working away on the case.

I have had prior experience of terrible conveyancing procedures when I first bought my property so I know how quickly a bad situation can deteriorate. This Sale went extremely smoothly. Anita was fantastic and I am very grateful that she was assigned to me.

From initial contact to completion has taken us just over 2 months, including the christmas break. I'm really happy with the result.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. She always kept me up to date on the proceedings and answered all of my emails promptly and helpfully and informed me of any revisions to the original quote (of which there were very few.) I would definitely instruct Anita again for any conveyancing needs in the future and have already recommended her to friends. Excellent service by Susie and Team 7 in conveyancing our probate sale. Great communication given that Lambert Pugh is not at all local to any of the 3 Executors involved none of whom live near each other either. Worked with us through 3 would be buyers - 2 of whom pulled out well into the process. It was third time lucky and Susie's help with a smooth exchange and final completion was much appreciated. Susie and Team 7 was accessible when needed and provided an efficient and professional service throughout. Choosing a conveyancing firm online is a leap of faith.
Fortunately, I struck lucky choosing Lambert Pugh and was even luckier that Anita Williams from Team 8 was assigned to sell my property.
Anita was fantastic from the word go, promptly answering emails and queries.
Unfortunately, the buyers conveyancing team were anything but professional or organised and this caused Anita a few problems.
However, due to Anita’s diligence and hard work, the sale completed just in time before the buyers mortgage deal expired.

We had quite a difficult house purchase with 3 mortgages/remortgages to arrange and a lot of pressure from the other people in the chain to exchange by a certain date. We appreciated the way Team was available for us when we needed them. We had prompt responses to all our queries and felt confident that a thorough and professional job was being done on our behalf. We used lambert Pugh as first time buyers, as we knew someone working there (who has since quit). We had to chase any form of communication throughout the purchase, which took several months to complete even though we were buying off our landlords so it was very straight forward. At one point they closed their phone lines so the only way to get in touch was via email, which they did not respond to. They emailed us several documents, which were promptly returned, and then received angry emails stating that we hadn’t returned certain forms (which they hadn’t provided us with). When we hand posted documents through their door, they advised that the ‘post must be late’ which is why they hadn’t received them - we had to spell out that no, we had physically put them through their door…! Documents took several days to be scanned to the online system and even then, we had 2 documents go missing and caused us a lot of hassle to re complete. Myself and partner pretty much angry cried on every phone call because they were so frustrating. We had to chase for completion dates and they threatened us with fines, even though they were the ones holding up the process. Also had to chase for return of help to buy ISA. DO NOT USE.

I recently sold my property with Lambert Pugh. I selected them rather than a local solicitor as they were very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the service. My conveyancer Susie Dove and Team 7 were incredibly responsive and helpful and completed the sale for me in very good time. I would not hesitate to use them again !

Just completed on an auction property, conveyancing managed by Liam Wallace. Excellent throughout, replied to emails and phone calls within the hour, super efficient and kept on the back of the sellers solicitors who were much less forthcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

This process can be quite daunting, specially for a first-time buyer but the team managed to guide me through all hurdles very knowledgeable and have patiently supported me and made sure I could make informed decisions on every turn, chased up counterparties and efficiently dealt with all queries. An excellent service by Susie and Team 7 in selling our house. Dealt with a buyer who prevaricated and eventually pulled out, but took all the prep to a new and better buyer and made it work for us.
