Again, all was fantastic!
Second time as a client, and second time very satisfied.

The bulb didn’t match the description, wasn’t dimmable as it was announced. So you wanna change them, and they charge you 15$ for it. Unacceptable. Never again, and never recommend

Purchased two TR5 Pendant Ø80 Alu Copper - Tom Rossau. Arrived within a week and with no issue. Shipping costs were more than the original quoted price (was contacted after purchase) but we were still happy to pay the extra shipping as it was still cheaper than buying two of the same lights locally.

Top retailers, highly recommended!! My order was processed very quickly and as it was fragile items it was exceptionally well packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
All arrived very quickly, thank you!!!

As discussed since your first email the 24th of April, the lamp has to be produced and deliver to us by the manufacturer Philips Hue.

The supplier has unfortunately delayed this delivery and we sadly can’t control that.

Also, we’re daily communicating with suppliers to have the most accurate delivery date to pass on to you as our customer.

Concerning the answers from us asking if you want to keep, change or cancel your order, it’s for letting the customer choose what to do after receiving the latest news.

Concerning the payment, you authorized the amount but we’re capturing it only when the order is sent.

I’m not very happy here. I ordered the Phillips hue go portable table lamp the white version and some weeks later I still later I still haven’t recieved it. The messages I keep getting keep changing from may 12th 2023 to may 26th and back again
When you get a message from this company they say do you want to cancel or keep and I reply with keep the order. Seriously offcourse I want to keep my order but what I don’t want is to kept waiting for the lamp. Come on sort this out or I will have no choice to cancel. It’s not a cheap lamp but the delivery dates are ridiculous
I don’t think it’s to much to ask for it to be delivered this week or next week at the latest but this company is lucky I have been patient with them up until this point. My patience will run out and as I’ve paid on a credit card I’ll get my credit card to refund my money you have more rights on a credit card. So I say to this company get your act together or you will lose me as a customer. Stop messing me about with these dates deliver my item I have paid for upfront
No I’m not being understanding. It doesn’t alter the fact you as a company messed me about over the delivery dates. It’s a terrible excuse on your part to say your waiting for it to come into stock. Seriously over two weeks of waiting patiently for the lamp. You to get your act together and tell the supplier that your customers are waiting for their order or use a different supplier. It’s funny how cool shop can deliver the same lamp in 6 to 12 business days not the end of may your company quoted. Oh hang on you kept changing the date from may 12th to may 26th. Your a joke of a company that messes the customer about. Please don’t send anymore of your ridiculous replies to. Your excuses don’t wash with me

I ordered a light 2 years ago and the service was really good, easy to use website and quick delivery.

The light, however, has recently broken. I emailed lampemesteren and Henri Pohjanhovi was amazing in keeping me informed whilst he worked with the manufacturer. They ended up sending a replacement free of charge!
