I have opened an account and made a money transfer on the 11/12/2023.
Following many reminders sent to support services and opening of a few tickets, The account was credited only on the 04/12/2024.
Seemingly I missed an information on the money transfer communication, but it took too long to have a feedback, I hope reactivity issues will be addressed soon.

my experience is the same as other reviews. They have no debt collection process, so borrowers just get warning letters and lenders wait forever for bad loans that are not recovered. Lande has to solve this major flaw which puts their lenders funds at risk

Most repayments are months late!
Some don't pay back at all!
Even if the loans are secured, I don't know why Lande doesn't even react when people haven't paid back for months.
No wonder farmers can't get loans from banks because they are known for their unreliability.

I liked idea in agricultural sector and help farmers in Europe.
My initial investments were smooth and pay accordingly. In the middle 2023 I noticed that I have more and more delayed projects. Some of the 30+days and some 60+days.
I decided to sell 60+ days investments on secondary market. Some of them were successfully sold but couple of them not. Those turned into defaulted one.
Both of them have collateral Harvest.
Lande is super slow on updating investors. Also loan updates are too slow. Some loan can be defaulted couple of month ago but Lande is waiting for a miracle from the borrower.
LTV doesn't mean anything and collateral should be only Land or Machinery.
I would invest here but with a big caution. When loan goes smooth - everything is great.
If not you stay in a vacuum and get template updates from Lande.

Quick response, kind and nice and competent. I am here for a week now and happy so far.

I really like the concept of the platform with collateralized agricultural loans. After almost 2 years on Lande now, I have not witnessed any bad experiences or loan defaults. The contact with the support was also very appreciative and fast. All the best for continued success!

In July I opened a Lande account and transfered money via Bity payment methode. The money did not arrive because their payment provider LEMONWAY required it to be a bank transfer. Then they promised to transfer back the money, but this did not happen either. Waiting now for more 2 months.

To me this seems like a scam!

I've been using LANDE for over 10 months and I'm really pleased with it. In particular with the customer service, which has been attentive, fast and transparent with me when I had to deal with a calculation issue relating to a loan that had just been repaid in full.

It's true that some loans can be 3 to 4 months late. However, LANDE's communication with regard to these problems seems to have changed in recent months with the introduction of regular information from the platform on the progress of the procedures for reimbursing users.

I have 10 investments, 3 of them are 60+ days late. I understand this can happen and investing in loans is risky. But according to some info on the website they were supposed to be defaulted already. However I don't know what's going on, there is just no communication. I even sent an email to Lande about these loans and got no response. Initially I liked the idea of low LTV and actual collateral (harvest or animals or land), but at this point I just want my capital back and to get away from this platform

L'idea di investire in questo settore è ottima. ci sono però dei limiti . gli investimenti più short vengono collocati subito e probabilmente dagli autoinvest ed è qui che i limiti non sono molto allettanti. se investi 50 euro non hai possibilità di scegliere i vari parametri e per farlo devi investire in un solo progetto 250 euro. troppi. difficoltà anche nell'uso del sito. da alcuni giorni è bloccato per un errore del loro sistema e non posso scaricare il bilancio e questo mi sta creando problemi. non c'è una chat assistenza sulla mainpage del sito e ne ho richiesta una urgente tramite il loro format. valuterò poi il tempo di risposta. parecchi ritardi anche nelle restituzioni.

Franchement très bonne plate-forme dans le domaine. Quelques points à améliorer mais globalement c'est du fiable et du liquide, j'ai pu revendre sans soucis certains prêts et en acheter aussi d'autres en marché primaire ou secondaire.
Bien sûr il faut rester bien vigilant à ses prêts leurs retards etc et ne pas acheter ou vendre au hasard.

En 3 semaines, je suis ne mesure d'indiquer que l'autoinvest ne fonctionne pas. Tous les prêts intéressants (taux élevé, ltv basse, courte durée) sont déjà full et il n'y a jamais moyen d'investir. Qu'on ne puisse pas investir dans tous les prêts intéressants à chaque fois, je le comprends. Mais ne jamais avoir les prêts intéressants, je ne le comprends pas. Ca sent la magouille.

Signed up and sent them my Id card. As I am not from a English speaking country my Id was rejected as intelligible. I wrote to them offering other IDs (passport, drivers licence) which have an English section. If not, I asked them to stop clogging my email box with offers. I have sent 3 emails with this exact request but was ignored every time. To me this indicates a non functional customer service. Imagine what would happen if you are having a problem

No consigo entrar a mi cuenta de inversor. Ya no me llegan los emails con el código para acceder. Me he puesto con ellos en infinidad de ocasiones y no responden ningún mensaje. Son una estafa. Se han quedado con todo mi dinero y no se nada de ellos. Llevo ya dos meses sin poder acceder ni contactar con esta plataforma. Es un timo, no caigáis en él.

Ya os he escrito varias veces y no os dignáis a responder.

Très intéressante plateforme de crowdfunding immobilier, tournée non pas vers le résidentiel, mais le foncier agricole. Inscrit depuis début 2021, je n'y ai jamais eu de défaut, et seulement un retard notable. Coche toutes les cases de ma liste de critères en termes de sécurité d'investissement, et j'en ai essayé des dizaines dans toute l'Europe !
