I cannot recommend Landlord Vision highly enough. Faced with adopting software for our 36 tenancies we tried another software system first but found it could not cope with even fairly basic accountancy tasks. We have quite complicated needs. Moving to Landlord Vision was a bit of a learning curve but friendly and unlimited technical support made it simpler than we feared. We now know, compared with our old spread sheets, it will not only save us time and effort but reduce other accountancy costs. Thoroughly recommended.

A very well laid out dashboard and has great functionality. Easy to monitor your income & expenditure. Support team are responsive. Have tried a few of the learning pages and again, very well structured.

The team have been fantastic in onboarding me.

I’ve been using landlord vision for over 10 years to manage my HMO’s. I have found the platform extremely useful, and would recommend to any other landlord.
Whenever I’ve had a problem, the technical staff are quick to respond usually within a few hours to resolve any issues.

I have being using this software since I started my property portfolio many years ago. It is easy to follow. There is a help resource centre which shows you what tab to go on and etc. If you need further support it is excellent.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this software for landlords.

We have been using LV since the start of our tax year in April 25 and in that time the transformation to our property business has been incredible!

We had been using an old piece of software linked to sage for over 10 years. But now, since using LV, we can access the software on all our devices, we have open banking on all our banking transactions and I can manage properties on the go whether that be record maintenance issues on site, note smoke alarm expiry dates, upload meter readings or receive rents and upload bills. It’s been a real game changer and our book keeping now is bang up to date and I can monitor expense spending like never before.

On top of that, the support I have received from LV has been brilliant. From one happy property manager / landlord 😃

Excellent support on a very complicated issue, probably one of the most complicated they have ever had to deal with. Roy was superb as always, very knowledgeable, calm and had all the answers.

Keeping track of P&L, expenses, tenancies, and compliance used to be a headache.

I’m really hoping that I will come back, post mtd sign off, and purchase a re engineered small landlord licence! If you get it right for small landlords (easily the biggest market sector 1-3 units), cost effectively, you’re on a winner, you really are. Whoever owns your business, if they wish to appeal to small time landlords like me, there are however basic minimum functions that you and your developer team are going to need to cost effectively incorporate (not at premium price) so that landlords can provide all relevant info for HMRC which includes:-
1. Gross income received.
2. Nett income received.
3. Expenses incurred.
4. Ability to scan Receipts allowable expenses not at premium subscription cost (which includes, but not limited to only white/brown goods) - you need to research what’s currently tax deductible. I’d make it as easy as possible if it were my business.
I’d really like to know when you’ve got what I and any other small landlord need which eventually dovetails with MTD. Whoever gets the platform right and cost effectively to small user is going to make a fortune, but I think you need to get a move on as time is short. I go live January 2027 and want to hit the ground running before then, competent and confident with the functionality of the program. At that stage I’ll change my review to 5* - a 100*!

The race is definitely on for a smart organisation to develop a modestly priced platform, for small landlords with 2 to 3 properties.
I bought the basic package on offer (500 licences) for £7.99 a month 2 years. What use is any licence without basic landlord need functionality guys?
Within an hour I discovered you CANNOT SCAN RECEIPTS , ADD WHITE/BROWN GOODS unless you buy Premium package at £39.97 a month.
What use is this basic package if you cannot scan receipts or add white/brown goods as a small landlord?
I mean think about it……
I immediately cancelled my subscription, within 3 hours and emailed Roy outlining my reasons and requesting suggestions. A reply or acknowledgement would be nice if nothing else. Very bitterly disappointed.
I (and I imagine many other small landlords) still need a platform for small landlord 2 to 3 properties, competitively priced that allows landlord to scan receipts and add white/brown goods.
This is a basic necessity that shouldn’t catapult potential buyers into requiring a premium priced licence. Over to you guys to think pragmatically and out of the box. I think you’ve a long way to go.
Happy to amend if something ever becomes available by way of package and MTD signed off.

I've been using Landlord Vision for several years now. The Legacy version and recently the new MTD compatible version. Easy to use, comprehensive (but you can also keep it simple if you prefer) and great, almost instant feedback from Ben. Extremely good value.

I've been using Landlord Vision for three years now. There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once I got the hang of it, it has definitely made my life easier. I can keep my portfolio management up to date with no hustle.
The support team has been very helpful every time I contacted them with either a question or a problem, quick to answer and friendly.

I have been using Landlord Vision for a few years and it’s a very useful platform.
I am also very disorganised and often don’t keep it up to date so come Nov/Dec when I need to do my tax return I can get in a bit of a fix BUT the support team are on hand to help. Shout out to Ben who was beyond patient whilst I navigated my own mistakes. Thumbs up from me 👍
