I have been working with LanguageLine and former Capita for a long time. Although the workload has been reduced, I still maintain a very good relationship with one particular project manager. The projects are managed smoothly and I am always given plenty of time to deliver. Any queries are answered promptly. Payment is the quickest among the agencies I work with. I am very happy working with them and wish I had more work from them.

I've been working with both LanguageLine and former Capita for nearly 10 years, and it has always been smooth sailing. I have been working with LanguageLine UK as a translator since 2009. The collaboration is regular, PMs are nice and supportive. They have asked me a couple of times to reduce my rates, but I have explained why I cannot. They continue to send me new projects, and I am happy to work with them.

PMs are helpful and understanding. Sometimes we translators are not able to estimate the completion time, because of the data format or word count structure, the PMs were able to understand our situations. I feel the support from the company.
