Muy buen programa
Muy buen programa. Es realmente uno de los mejores desarrollos para tener toda la infra bajo control y sin que se te escape nada. Muy buenos los reportes que se puede programar y las alertas.

I have been using the Free version of Lansweeper for over a year because I didn't track over 100 items. Support was very limited and I lost a database due to it getting full quickly and no support on this. After recreating a new database and starting over I eventually got to the point I needed over 100 items so I purchase a license for Lansweeper. I then ran into the same problem again with my database getting full but this time I got much quicker and more detailed support and I wanted to share this. The Recovery model in SQL Manager was set to Full by default and need to be set down to Simple. After changing this my DB when from over 10GB down to nothing within minuets.

I basically live in Lansweeper
I basically live in Lansweeper. It keeps track of everything for day to day operations. I also have shortcuts to all my consoles, I have automated many of my diagnostic tools and have them attached. I use it to keep track of all my licenses which comes in handy when I'm audited every few years from Microsoft or I have to reinstall everything. I also include all the manuals and documentation under each program. So when a user disables the WiFi on his computer it's easy to figure out how to turn it on.

We've been using Lansweeper for 5 years now and this product has been a great purchase. Always improving the product and providing new features. You'll be hard pressed to find a product as diverse as Lansweeper!

This is a very useful tool but…
This is a very useful tool, but documentation is a bit lacking. The knowledge base isn't user-friendly, and keyword searches don't seem to really help, so you have to dig for everything or post to a forum.
Support is absolutely useless
Support is absolutely useless. Deployment support and configuration should be included. No support via calls or meetings, only email.
The UI needs works as well. Search box is not very "responsive".

Lansweeper - my most prized "secret weapon"
I was introduced to Lansweeper two years ago. Since then, Lansweeper has been a primary tool in my arsenal. I can't think of a feature that the program provides that we haven't used yet. We use this currently to manage more than 20k systems in several different countries and continually find new ways to use the system. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for Lansweeper. I have been saved so many times by this awesome application that it’s just unreal. We have only had it in operation for 7-8 months now, and the amount of unexpected information that we can access from it is astounding, and that’s apart from the basic info that we asked of it in the first place. We are still only using half of it – the software management is still to be implemented.
The Support Team has provided excellent support over the few months that we have been using it, even though we are in different Time Zones, and a day ahead, the service is nothing but exceptional.
Oustanding
Having tried multiple asset tracking tools, this is by far the best and probably one of the cheapest. Everything is easy to follow, incredibly customisable and the support is second to none.
We've just bought the helpdesk license and can't wait to roll it out.

I use this program to help with quarterly configuration reports and asset management.
The staff is responsive and very helpful. I'm looking forward to being able to utilize the other features available in this program.

Excellent software to provide a great insight
This software is easy to maintain, fairly easy to configure initially. We have been using it for close to one year to manage our 5000 workstations in 10 sites and it has been flawless. Their technical team always provide great support and the forums are filled with interesting information. At that price this tool is a bargain.
Awesome scanning with remote options.
I use Lansweeper both internally and for client networks. We use their LSPush utility to scan the client networks and grab the results so that we can inventory the equipment we have in the field. Internally it does a great job of inventorying equipment and helping me to remember which MS Office keys are used on various workstations. We used to run multiple network scanners, but I've consolidated it to just Lansweeper.
