Lapel Pins Plus Reviews

Lapel Pins Plus was such a great company to work with. Product quality was perfect and fast shipping.

Look forward to working with them again!

Excellent product and the design process is smooth and easy. Each design change was met with a prompt response and a new proof was provided lightning quick. Always a pleasure!

We have ordered pins from these folks for years and just recently we asked them to make 3 new designs for us. These pins surpassed our expectations, we are thrilled with the product and will definitely continue to do business with these people.

The art design is literally top tier. Customer service really loves what they do. Love them!

Absolutely fantastic!
These coins were a last minute idea - that we needed in a hurry! The team at Challenge Coins was the one and only of 5 other vendors we asked, who were able to not only reach our deadline - but deliver an incredibly solid, gorgeous and substantial product. We were kept updated throughout the timeline by two team members (Shanna and Elena) who understood and respected our needs - and came through with flying colors for us!
We are super excited and happy with the product and the end result - but the customer service was bar known.
Keep up the great work! We will definitely order again and again!

These folks are amazing. They did everything they said and more. They stayed in touch while I waited to purchase. Product was better that I expected. They are my guys/girls from now on. Use them. You won’t be disappointed.

Very easy to deal with from the design process to the point of purchase. Very receptive to requests to "tweak" the design prior to final approval. I was very happy with the final product and would order from you again. Great job!

So this is my third experience with Lapel Pins (2 times for myself and once for a friend). The customer service is outstanding! They return emails within minutes and their product is exceptional! USE THEM! You won't regret it!

Lapel Pins Plus is an excellent company. They are consistently helpful, and always highly professional. With a recent order, they went out of their way to make sure we had our challenge coins on time for our event. I recommend them with no reservations.

This company has been a blessing to work with ! Can’t wait to receive my order.

Shanna was amazing. She patiently talked me through countless revisions, helping me understand the options which ultimately ended up with a much better product than I had expected. The shipping time was tight and she made the extra effort to see that we got our coins on time by our graduation ceremony. The highest level of customer service I have experienced. We will be ordering again!

We received the coins today and we couldn't be happier. They are exactly what we wanted and to receive them in such a timely manner was a plus. From design to delivery, the process was super simple. Staff were very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend using this company for challenge coin purchases.

Coworker told me about Challenge Coins Plus. This company created a coin for his Unit. The Unit i am in decided to do the same. Our Contact was Hector Gutierrez who provided outstanding response and communication throughout the process. The final product was exactly what we were looking for at a cost effective price.

Great costumer service, excellent communication, and outstanding product delivery.

They were extremely user friendly. I sent a very rough sketch of my desired coin and there designers turned it into a gorgeous coin. Once we saw how amazing the coin looked, we only had a few changes we wanted made. Their customer service was wonderful through the whole process and very responsive. This is the third coin I have made through them and their price and service have made me a loyal customer.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hector on a few projects now. I have been extremely impressed on the fast responses and the ease in sharing an idea on a concept for a promotional challenge coin and how Hector and his team have turned it into a reality. The whole process has been seamless and easy. Working on our 4th project now and I have brought other vendor in on my ideas and now they are also working on their own projects with him. Looking forward to doing more in the future.

Exceptional customer service. Consistent follow ups and lots of help with design. Great company and amazing quality. I will continue using them for all my challenge coin needs.

Initial experience and impression with Lapel Pins Plus, so far it has been terrific. Fast responses, with top notch prices and product. We will be doing lots business with this company down the road!

Lapel Pins Plus is a great company that helped us design a Pin for our 2021 graduating Nursing Class. Hector worked with us to design the high-quality pin. The items were delivered in a timely manner for a great price. The pins were engraved and delivered in velvet boxes. We would definitely do business again for our Nursing students at Lapel Pins Plus.

Hector did a great job transforming my idea into an excellent keepsake - a coin I'm proud to share within my community. The procing is fair and delivery was quick! Thanks!
