Lapel Pins Plus Reviews

My organization hosts 3-4 large ice hockey tournaments a year and have been using Lapel Pins Plus for 8+ years for our medals and trading pins. The customer service and support we receive with each order is amazing. They make designing and ordering very easy and seamless. Shanna Hill is wonderful to work with!! The quality of the product is superb and teams always rave about the amazing medals.

LPP is a great company that works hard to help me get the pin that I want designed. They have the pin made in a timely manner, at a great price, and at high quality. Customer service is excellent as well. Cannot go wrong with Lapel Pins Plus.

I could not have asked for a better experience. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in working with ANY business.

Timely, efficient and works with you! They go well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your product is PERFECT!!

Great finished product! The free shipping was a nice perk as-well!

Amazing customer service! Very attentive and responsive. Proofs were back to me quickly and they seemed very happy to answer questions and work with me on providing a product of exceptional quality.

Outstanding customer service! I always use lapelpins for all my pins, love the quality!

Shanna Hillman, was truly awesome to work with!
Shanna provided "Outstanding" Customer Service. When I asked for design changes she made the changes within a day and the changes were exactly what I asked for. Additional, she was very prompt when replying to any questions I had and was very helpful. Challenge Coins Plus is luck to have such an outstanding employee as Shanna, Thanks Scott

Shanna Hillman has been a dream to work with. We are working on three pin designs and I believe we have had 14 iterations of proofs. Each time we request a modification, they have responded politely and quickly. They have gone above and beyond. Thank you!

Hector Gutierrez took exceptional care of us and our organization's order from day one! Despite revisions, multiple emails back and forth, phone calls, and walking us through the ordering and payment, Hector represented Lapel Pins Plus in the finest way! We could not have received greater customer service than Hector Gutierrez! Thank you so much Hector!!

Hector was amazing and helped me quickly reorder from an order the University I work for had placed several years ago. GREAT customer service!

Hard to believe the level of service! The coins are perfect. Got exactly what we wanted and the value is beyond our expectations. Will be re-ordering!

Lapel Pins Plus are fantastic to work with and make great pins! Their designers are incredibly talented (and patient) and will make edits until you're satisfied with the results. The pins themselves are high quality and my customers love them. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We ordered commemorative coins for our team to celebrate EMS Week. We were on a time crunch and they produced and shipped our coins within 2-weeks! Their customer service was top notch and the coins were beautiful.
