I received an email telling me the renewal was due. I took the option to renew, then later got another message saying the policy was renewed. I did not gat any further information, so am not sure what has happened, if the premium has increased, or all conditions are the same.

Comprehensive both in terms of instruments and accessory options, as well as nature of coverage; easy to set up initial policy and to amend as necessary, with changing requirements. Pricing seems okay too.

I made a telephone call which was answered promptly to renew my musical instrument insurance and it was so easy to renew.
