Repair of my harp
Lark insurance dealt so efficiently and promptly when they had to repair my harp. I was so pleased with the way they dealt with my claim from beginning to end. There appeared to be a technical error recently as I had a letter about renewing my Insurance and I had already renewed it! Not a very confident feeling!

As you hadn't set up your online account before, we sent you the email reminder and printed renewal invitation on the same day to ensure you had your documents in whichever format suited you. You were very prompt in creating your online account and accepting your renewal that Royal Mail's lag meant you still received the printed docs a few days later. Good news is now your set up, that won't happen next year.

You only find out how good your insurance company is when you have the misfortune to need to submit a claim.
In my case, I dropped a beloved violin bow and the head broke.
One phone call was all it took for the company to leap into action. The incredibly kind claim handler logged the damage and explained the next steps.
I arranged the visit to the bow repairer of my choice and the bow was evaluated and the report was submitted by the repairer.
My bow was repaired with two very smart pins. The bow repairer thought my insurance renewal would probably go up because I’d claimed. I’m please to say it didn’t.
So would I recommend Lark? A resounding yes!
