Im pretty bummed with my experience here. Like everyone else, I was gifted these from my mom on preorder and it took 3 months to arrive. However, I was excited to try them! After finally arriving, Within 3 weeks and just a few wears the sole of the shoe had detached. $300. And like everyone else, the customer service team has stopped responding to my mother’s emails. We will happily return and take store credit, but a $300 pair of shoes needs to last more than a few wears, especially after a 3 month wait!!!!

I ordered a pair of boots as a gift on July 3rd. A) they haven’t shipped b) I have now emailed them 3 times. Ig messaged them twice and left a voicemail and no one has responded. (I am simply trying to make sure that they don’t include any pricing information the packing slip since it’s a gift). I will absolutely never order from them again!

Absolute worst company. I purchased a pair of boots from the app, and wished to return them. They told me they were final sale, and I sent screenshots from the app (which had no final sale markings). Of course, once I sent screenshots, customer service became unresponsive. I will challenge with my CC company, and also keep an eye on the 2 other pairs I ordered.

Beware - do not order from this company. Unfortunately my experience is similar to other users. Ordered shoes for 2-day shipping, multiple inquiries later and no response. The shoes arrived 5-6 days later, after the event I needed them for. The website is now saying they are ineligible for return, but they were not final sale and nowhere did it say they could not be returned. Multiple inquiries have gone nowhere. I will have to challenge this with my credit card company.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Larroudé with a stated 7–14 day shipping window. After multiple follow-ups (3 of which went unanswered) over the course of 2 weeks and no proactive updates, I just found out they may not even ship until after I’ll need them for an event. Despite the price point and brand reputation, the customer service and communication have been incredibly disappointing. I expected better.

I preordered shoes on March 30th and then contacted Larroude on May 14 by e-mail and was assured that I would have the shoes by June. It is now June 20 no shoes they do not answer e-mails or phone calls. I am now going to have my credit card company go after them so I can get my account credited. DO NOT PREORDER from this company.

Preordered shoes and checking in on their ship status was more work than baking sourdough. You're doing all the checking and the Larroude customer service team (really, that whole title should be read in air quotes) is sitting there like a loaf. On the plus side, I can see turning their emails into a "drink every time you hear the phrase 'rest-assured'" party game. On the negative side, these shoes are only great if you like the idea of shoes but not actually having them. I'd rather let Chuck Norris punch me in the face than attempt to buy anything from this cruel joke of an ecommerce site again. 0 out of 100, would not recommend, no thank you very much.

I bought an expensive pair of shoes with a due date two months out. No news from them when the due date came and went. No response over email after contacting them regarding it. Until I threatened to cancel credit card payment. I got a prompt response saying my amount was refunded since they canceled my order. No explanation why. It’s a scam. Do not buy from them.

Sizes are off and they won’t allow an exchange or return because I purchased the shoe on a sale. These are very expensive, they were half price and cost me $175, and I’ve never had an issue with sizing before I purchased my regular size and they are at least 2 sizes bigger and I’m very disappointed since the issue is theirs because of their irregular sizing that they are unwilling to change the size. Will never purchase from them again and I’m enormously disappointed.

Absolute worst company I have ever done business with. I purchased shoes from them and they processed my payment. For an entire month, they sent me promo emails and emails saying my preorder was in process, and then they canceled my order with no warning saying it was out of stock. After contacting them, they made no effort to make it right. Do not buy from them; they are a scam.

It took over 3 months to order winter velvet clogs, when they finally arrived they were not only ugly, they were extremely narrow, uncomfortable and looked cheap & not at all based on the picture on Larroude website. After requesting a refund, Larroude charges a restock fee of $8.95 & a Convenience fee of $9.95!!!!!! Absurd. Will never shop with this company again. EVER!

All I want is my original order and after 10 emails back and forth that still has not been accomplished. I'm getting ready to ask Amex for a charge back since it doesn't seem like I can resolve this with the company.

Beware of the customer service. I was told I would receive 50% off if I purchased my order. So of course I purchased these shoes, and right after I ordered them, I was then told I was now not eligible to receive the 50% off. Went through 4 different customer service reps, and they all contradicted what the other one said. I finally gave up and decided to cancel my order. Will never purchase from here again due to their service, which is a bummer because I love Larroudes shoes.

Ordered shoes mid-Feb. They were supposed to be shipped end of February. They then moved the date to March 31. Received an email yesterday that it will now be mid-April. They take your money when the order is placed; not when it’s shipped. Cannot recommend at all!
Update: My order arrived mid-April. I ordered the size based off of their fit guide recommendation. Nonetheless, it was considerably too large. When I inquired about returning, they were going to charge to return. After going back and forth, over a series of days, they agreed to waive the return charges. (You will never get a person when you call. They will call back, but if it happens to be an inopportune time, prepare to rinse and repeat…) For what it’s worth, I could’ve ordered the shoes and had them in two days from a different online merchant. (Can’t deny that infuriated me.) They quickly posted my refund, so that was a huge positive. Nonetheless, I would never order from them again. (They don’t make it until you order it and their estimates on delivery are nothing more than an overly optimistic “guess-timate”.)

After weeks and weeks of back-and-forth emails, they finally managed to restore my credits in the form of a store credit when I went to go purchase a pair of shoes I got a message that the credit was only valid on full priced items. But my initial credits were available on any items I chose because I have purchased so many pairs of their shoes. I truly don’t understand how this company is keeping customers. I now have to go back-and-forth with them again over email to try and get my credit restored to the original form of payment that they are valid for they take forever to respond to emails, they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, and it seems like they spend millions and millions of dollars on Instagram ads, but they can’t get basic customer service figured out. I am so sick of this brand and I cannot believe that this is a legitimate company. I have a feeling that the credit got out of hand and they were going upside down on revenue, but that’s their fault and this is what they advertised. Now they are changing the terms of how credits can be used, even though people who initially made purchases and accumulated credits from many many purchases are not able to use them. They also have this confusing pre-sale discount that somehow comes with all of these limitations no wonder they can’t sell anything and people are pissed off don’t shop this brand, it’s an absolute joke. I get better customer service at Nordstrom or any other department store.

Just like other reviews state, they seem like scam. Its second time i ordered boots and twice waiting for over a month for shipping! I ordered boots on November6! When i inquired where are they in January, i was told they were coming in March! Ha?? The winter will be over. So I cancelled that order. Ordered another pair which said they would ship in February 13- still not shipped, its 18th now! Awful experience.

This company sends emails with a sale, entice you to purchase and then refuse to exchange for a larger size. I’ve never had a company refuse to exchange for a size on final sale. It’s a rip off and I will NEVER shop Larroude again, nor refer/recommend to anyone. This company only wants your money NOT customer satisfaction. I wasted close to $200 on a pair of shoes I can’t wear bc they’re too small. They still sell them too, but refuse to exchange unless I pay full price. So, if I give them an additional $150, I can get the larger size. DO NOT SHOP THIS COMPANY.
