I've ordered some veneer sheets a couple of times, good prices and quick delivery too. I order small quantities which is no problem. I had an issue with a recent order and was quickly fixed.

Great products and pricing. Communication has improved recently and dispatch times tend to be pretty good.

pay over £7 del and takes over 3 days for them to send out! Going to have to send back when my order eventually arrives as got materials from somewhere else, which arrived next day

Fabulous company. We use them for our plywood and given the state of things since the Ukraine conflict (wood pricing went through the roof and supply was almost impossible), they are priced well and the quality is excellent.
Customer service has been fantastics throughout.

I visited LaserPly's online web store to buy an initial stock of board for my new diode laser cutter/plotter. I was able to purchase mostly what I needed, though there were some "out of stock" items. Their credit/debit card payment system had a glitch leading to the money being taken from my account, but LaserPly's system showing I'd not paid.
A couple of polite emails sorted out this problems, though it did delay things by a day or two. Overall a pleasant company to deal with, and the wood pieces arrived in good condition.

I HAVE BEEN USING LASERPLY FOR OVER 2 YEARS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ANY ISSUES ARE SOLVED WITHOUT ISSUE

Bought 5 sheets of 6mm Birch Laserply Plywood B/BB 500mm x 700mm and they all arrived warped a lot. On a closer inspection I found that some of them had mold on the edges indicating that they have been stored in humid conditions which would explain why they warped. Sadly I posted the same kind of review on their website and not only nobody even bothered to contact me but the whole review never got posted. Also - I compared cutting their ply with an ordinary one you can get in any home improvement shop and they both produced the same amount of smoke (equally not pleasant). I suggest you head over to an ordinary shop, buy yourself a big sheet of ply and cut it to your needs saving yourself a bit of money.

UPDATE (27.02.2022):

Reply from company received only after 8 months after the purchase proves how much they care about customers. Also - not having any record of my previous conversation sent to them as well as not having a record of my review left on the company's website is as much telling. Submitted now requested by Trustpilot documents proving my purchase to keep this review online. Very bad cusotmer service - instead of trying to resolve the issue now pushing the blame on a customer - very bad practice!

Please stop blaming me for not responding to my previous communication which clearly you have lost any record off. I cannot be responsible for the state of your software systems which use use to sell and communicate with customers. You failed to respond to my concerns which I raised with you originally as much as you failed to respond to the original review I left on Trustpilot - it took you over 8 months to do so which exactly proves my point.
