Had my my ultra delivered the other day.. it arrived undamaged and after watching the videos i installed it without any real problems. I found that the internal LAN cable had come loose during travel and the c02 head air fitting needed tightening..apart from that everything perfect.

I started off about a year ago trying to learn fiber laser engraving and Gweike has been a great help. I feel their machine and customer service has been amazing and beginner friendly. They are always there to help either through the phone or Facebook group.

I now have 5 machines from Gwieke, one had an issue and they took care of it. They have always provide help when I needed it and they always ship fast. Fantastic company.

On-time delivery, always in touch. Excellent packaging. I haven't used the machine yet. It looks great.

We ordered from Europe, and this is one of the most communicative and helpful teams we've ever worked with. The engraving machine we purchased is simply perfect. A huge plus is its LightBurn compatibility—it really works!

The G2max 50w I ordered arrived quickly and the unboxing and assembling was really easy. The included software let me engrave metal immediately and then as I have Lightburn I also made test with my previous files and the power of the G2 was amazing

After receiving the product, I tested the fiber laser. It immediately demonstrated to be a defective item. When I power the laser for use it would constantly reboot. Not only that, the supply would always spark when removing the USB ports, making it extremely hazard. Unbeknownst to me, the same USB port sent an unregulated voltage to my connected laptop which made my laptop no longer functional. I lost everything inside. Gweike refuses to do anything about it, blames the software or anything except themselves. I provided every evidence but they claim a video is subjective. Do not buy, do not trust this company. I am now with an unusable laser that cost me thousands and a laptop that contained a lot of valuable documents and pictures.

Leider hatte ich eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Kundendienst. Nach dem Kauf ist alles vorbei und man hat keinerlei Chance ohne Abzügen das Produkt retour zu senden.
Ich habe mir ein Lasermarkierungsgerät gekauft, davor habe ich mich beim Kundendienst 2 x informiert, ob die neue Gweike G3 pro meine Anforderungen entsprechen und bestimmte funktionen hat. Mir wurde jedes Mal versprochen,dass dieses Gerät meinen Erwartungen entspreche. Ich habe sogar ein Screenshot von meinem Verlauf gemacht.
Die große Überraschung , wie ich die Ware bekommen habe, habe ich festgestellt, dass keinerlei dieser Funktionen möglich sind. Ich habe den Kundendienst kontaktiert und die konnten mir nicht helfen. Als ich die Ware retour senden wollte, bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass gemäß AGB 15% abgezogen werden müssten.
Ich habe denen mitgeteilt, dass es nicht meine Schuld ist, sondern die Schuld von der Firma, aber die wollten das nicht akzeptieren. Langer Rede kurzer Sinn. Leider wird vor dem Verkauf das Gelbe vom Ei versprochen, aber das meiste stimmt nicht. Es geht nur um das Verkaufen. Nachdem bezahlt wurde, kümmert sich keiner um die Probleme. Ich habe die Ware behalten, aber kann es keinem empfehlen.

Had great demonstration visit with Marcel. 90min drive from my place but worth every minute. Got my M800 the day before and could get some very useful hints. Once myMCore is in , I might like to do demos as well.already applied.
