Much quicker than expected, great job on the repairs. Paid for an upper I didn't need apparently and they refunded without any required input from me, very honest. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service, the turnaround time was far quicker than the estimated time and the repair was carried out to an exceptional standard, received my shoes back in less than a week as good as new!

Good quality of repair
Good quality of repair. Cost was almost the same as a new pair of shoes though (Tarantunlace). Would have been better value for money with a more expensive shoe

Perfectly resoled
This was my first time sending shoes to be repaired, they are my absolute favourite pair. My shoes have been perfectly resoled and looked after, they were also returned really quickly! I'd highly recommend this to anyone! Thank you :)

It would have been much better if I notified they got the shoes and estimate a delivery date.

The repair looks good and the shoes arrived back in 2 weeks looking great. The fit on my feet is exactly the same. The only negative was I would have liked a confirmation of receipt email.
