Order was placed on August 9th and was supposed to be shipped on the 10th within US.
It’s already August 28. No shipping details, not even any update.
Avoid. The company is a scam
I requested cancellation of my order immediately after being informed that the main item I wanted was out of stock. The company acknowledged my request (“got it”) but failed to actually cancel the order.
Instead, they continued trying to push replacements I explicitly declined, and then stopped responding. I had to follow up multiple times and still did not receive a cancellation confirmation.
This is poor customer service and feels intentionally obstructive. When a customer clearly asks to cancel, it should be processed promptly - not ignored while alternatives are pushed.
Would not order again.
Bought this body lotion for $43... Ingredients seem fine and my sensitive skin actually handled it well but the smell is very peculiar and definitely not for everyone.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered perfume 2.5 weeks ago. They promised to send it internationally to my location in Bangkok by 19th March. On 19th March I checked the status of my parcel and it was stated that the parcel was returned to the shipper. I got no any e-mail about this, no any apologies, no any indication what's going on. I approached them by phone and operator said he will follow up on this by e-mail. No reply after. I called again after few days, operator said DHL mixed up something with the papers and they will try to ship my parcel tomorrow. I called a week after to check if something was done (of course nothing was done again) and the operator said "They will ship this week" (which should be already done last week). I asked a refund this week on Monday, it's been already few days and no refund followed up. Absolutely horrendous attitude to the customer, the support is doing absolutely nothing, not communicating at all. The only way to get at least something done is by calling them all the time and push them again and again, since they never reply to any e-mails I wrote. Don't recommend to use this supplier at all, avoid!
