Happy Camper

In my case a mistake was made, my fault or theirs didn't matter. They took care of it and sent me a replacement after I sent the other one back. At the end of the day, I have what I wanted and I am happy. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Some of the best customer service I…

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. This is the 4th case I have ordered and used and the latest was just a bit looser than I would like near the bottom. So I reached out received information in less than an hour. They are sending me a replacement and I couldn't be happier.

This is on top of already being stoked about the cases lightness but yet it's ability to deflect and prevent damage when dropping.Thanks Nick!

Great customer service

So at first I thought it was a good case. But after a short time of using I notice the case was wanting to fall off. So apparently after a short time the case seemed to stretch in a way that it would get loss on my phone. So at this point I have had this case for about a month I figured it should not be a problem so I contacted Latercase in this matter and after explaining and sending a short video they said we can do a return. I figured great, here return it to this address in it original box. I told them I don't have the original box and they said no problem you can send it back in a padded envelope and we will give you a full refund. Thank you Latercase

Thanks for taking the time to write a review.

I see that you've been in touch with our support team due to an issue that you were experiencing with the Note 9 case. It's extremely rare for a case to get loose over time, as the Kevlar material that we use doesn't stretch once formed in production.

Our team had asked you to send over a video so that we could verify the issue and help get a free replacement unit sent out as quickly as possible. However, instead of a replacement, you mentioned to our team that you would simply prefer to return the item for a full refund.

Our team promptly obliged and provided you with our return instructions. While the instructions did include mention of sending the case back in the original packaging, kindly note that this was not a prerequisite. When you wrote back to our team and told us that you no longer had the original packaging, we replied a few minutes later saying that any standard mailing box would be fine. At no point did we deny your return, nor did we ever mention that a refund could only be issued if the case was returned in the original box.

When you get the chance, just reply to our most recent email and we can go ahead with the return/refund as promised. Chat soon!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is a complete JOKE! The worst customer service!

I wish I could write a review on the case itself but hey, it’s been 6 weeks since I ordered it and still no sign of it. I’ve contacted their customer support and I’m pretty sure it’s just a chatbot responding with zero useful updates.

I ordered the case as a gift for someone for Xmas on the 26th Nov - the website said 5-15 days shipping so I thought I was safe. It’s now the 5th Jan and it’s still in a sorting centre, where it has been for weeks. I asked for a refund but was told to contact them when I receive the case.

Honestly don’t bother with these guys. From what I’ve read online this is a common issue.

I see that you've been in touch with our support team multiple times since placing your order. I can also confirm that you've been speaking with one of our team members, not a chatbot.

As mentioned in our first reply, when you placed your order on Nov 26th, our iPhone 15 Pro Max Willy Blue cases were on backorder and expected to ship in mid-Dec when our new stock was scheduled to arrive. This is why your order wasn't shipped out right away. We tried to make the backorder status and expected shipping timeframe as clear as possible on the product page prior to checkout, as well as in our FAQ. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused if you may have missed this information while placing your order.

As mentioned on our website, delivery to Aus normally takes about 5-15 business days once an order ships from our warehouse. Kindly note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays like Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Years. Since your order was shipped on Dec 18th, we should see it delivered before January 11th.

Unfortunately, once an order ships from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled or recalled. As a result, we're unable to simply refund your order at this time.

With that being said, I understand that it can be frustrating having to wait for a shipment, so I get what you're going through. Rest assured that the package is still on the way and is arriving within the expected delivery timeframe. The shipment was scanned at customs in Aus earlier today, so we should see it out for delivery shortly.

However, if you're no longer interested in the case and would like to send it back for a full refund once it arrives, just reply to our most recent email and we'll send over our return instructions right away.

I received my new iPhone case and I’m thoroughly impressed! I like a thin case or really no case, but I do need a level of protection for those mistakes in handling the phone. I put the phone in my front pocket like many men do and it’s cozy and comfortable in there. I had a small issue with the screen protection, but I received a very quick response from Support and they took action and made everything right very quickly. I’m impressed with the company overall.

I recently had an experience that truly tested the customer service of Latercase, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. I had ordered a case from them, but upon receiving the package here in Bulgaria, I discovered, to my dismay, that it was empty. It seemed someone from the Bulgarian customs had stolen my case, a situation that was both frustrating and disappointing.

However, the way Latercase handled this situation was nothing short of remarkable. When I contacted their customer support to report the issue, they were not only empathetic but also incredibly swift in their response. Without any hassle or prolonged procedures, they immediately sent me a new case.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. Case is not good for the Pixel 8. Its too thin and should be called a cover versus a case. I tried the case on my phone and hated it so I have reached out to customer service three times and just get ignored. Dbrand would have taken care of me these guys just ignore you completely.

Finally a case for a zfold 5 that works

Just received my zfold 5 case. Best. Case. Ever. Thank you

I went through the zfold 3,4 and now 5 and could never find a case that was.....well, right. They nailed it. The case has texture for grip, sleek design, and just the right amount of protection for minor incidents. Wherever my future phone path leads me, I will see if you support that model with a case first.

Small snag with shipping

Small snag with shipping. The mistake was on my end. Latercase overcommunicated during the process and made my mistake not an issue. I just received my new case and have to say that it is the highest quality smartphone case I have owned. I have expensive taste and spend my money accordingly. The Latercase exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their products!

Excellent Cases

I have had a number of these cases for Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and now an iPhone 14 Pro Max. They are incredibly well constructed, robust and of high quality. The best phone case by far. I've even bought them as gifts for friends.

The case I looked for

I wish I had found this phone case already last year. The protective cover has a pleasant texture, and there was an immediate 'wow' effect. I've never liked traditional cases that make the phone much bulkier. Latercase is really thin and it's amazing. I don't need to use any additional MagSafe accessories because it's compatible with my Belkin car mount by default.

Slow delivery

I’ve ordered a case on 31st August and still haven’t received it. The website states “fast tracked shipping to Australia” and the info on the site states it would be received within 15 business days. I have reached out to the support team on 22nd September and they have advised me the item is awaiting to clear customs in Australia however the tracking still shows that it was processed in the US on 28th September. This is probably the longest I have waited for a delivery and I have ordered from many different parts of the world.

The vast majority of our shipments to Aus arrive within 5-15 business days, which is why we have that shipping estimate shown on our website. With that said, unforeseen shipping delays beyond our control do sometimes occur that can cause a package to arrive a bit later than originally expected.

Unfortunately, it looks like there were a few delays at customs for this shipment due to a backlog within the Aus Post system. While delays like this are beyond our control, we've gone ahead and refunded your shipping cost in full to help amend for the poor shipping experience - you should have just received the refund confirmation email.

Buy his case if u want a thin experience

I use to be a Otterbox guy for the whole family when I could get them for cheep and I finally got myself a zflip 3 and saw a video he made and showed off his new case for it and I'd thought I'd give him a shot and yes nice and thin give u great grip while holding it and the price was great jump to 2023 and the zflip 5 who else would I put on my phone but his case again yes love it price is right and makes my phone look amazing :)

Every time I order the case for my…

Every time I order the case for my phone, they keep canceling the order and I keep getting refunds!
I have ordered from them about 5-7 times in the past and they are still untrustworthy and unreasonable..
Pathetic customer service, no phone support, just email and that is even scripted and unreal...
P.S to your reply
All your department does is responds with their pre written texts, support in non existent and gives no pointers.
I've done everything as indicated but the order keeps getting rejected regardless.
Placed another order according to their "liking: let's see how it goes.
