I received outstanding customer service from Launchingdeals in every single email interaction with the company! I tried to install a product on a device that was clearly identified as not compatible. They responded very promptly, thoroughly, and politely every time and helped me get the licensed product on my daughter's device instead (but offered a refund, too). Very happy customer!

I put the wrong email in for these movie tickets I got off of groupcon, I emailed the support team asking if they could fix the email. I sent the email thinking I was going to get a response the next day, they happened to respond in 4 min and fix my email right away! Very fast and professional

I purchased windows 11 and MS Office suite. When I had emailed questions, customer service responded in a timely manner and helped me all along the way. I gave it 4 stars only because my first product key for office didn’t work but they immediately resolved the problem.

I encountered an issue with my voucher redemption and contacted customer service for assistance. I did not have high hopes that the issue would be resolved but customer service stayed in constant communication with me until it was successfully completed . My highest recommendation for this company. I had a minor glitch with the download code, and I contacted their customer service. The problem was fixed within the hour. All went well after that, and the product is great (MS Office 2024).

I purchased MS Office and I had a mishap in the beginning of the installation. I sent an email and even though it was pretty late I got an email in less than half hour and my problem was solved in no time! Excellent customer service!

I bought a a Microsoft office product with them. I was having some trouble and then I spoke to one of their wonderful customer service agents and they helped me uninstall my programs and reinstall, but I had just purchased so that it would work properly never would’ve known that without having contacted them thank you to your wonderful team.
