I was originally given a version of MS Office Pro as a gift and activated the software on my computer in 2023.

Fast forward to July 2026, I had an issue on my desktop and needed to replace the hard drive. YIKES
Something that is never a pleasant experience.

Part of that reset was reloading all my software and program apps. Part of which included the Office Pro loaded on my computer years early.

However, when we went to reloading the app via MS using the product key, I was receiving error messages, regardless of the many attempts!

Out of frustration I contacted Launching Deals to see if they could lend a hand. The response was amazing and somewhat unexpected.

After a few emails to determine what error's, I was encountering, their response was swift and action very welcome!

Launching Deals sent me a new product key for the Office version I had, and it resolved my issue 100%.

I am extremely grateful for their unwavering support and for accepting responsibility even when it was not their failure.

Awesome service. I received feedback regarding an issue I was encountering installing an application and the response time was within minutes when I didn't expect a reply until the next day. All I can say, I'm a VERY happy customer!

Made my first purchase through Launchingdeals recently and have to say they have been amazing to work with. I was a bit skeptical about buying a software download but decided the price was low and worth the try. I made my purchase and then unfortunately had an issue with registering. Keep in mind this was a Sunday afternoon. I immediately sent an email over requesting some assistance with my issue. Imagine my shock when I got a response within the hour providing additional support and detailed steps to follow. All on a Sunday. My issue was resolved and everything is working as expected. Love a company with great customer service I recommend shopping with them.

They have great products and their customer service is fantastic. I explained my issue to the customer service department and they had the solution that helped me fix my issue. I will be back for more of their products. Thank you.

When I had an issue with a key provided by LaunchingDeals, they immediately replaced it with another (working) key and provided detailed instructions on how to install the new key. They did not dismiss my concerns and immediately provided me with the fix. In a day where customer service is becoming more dismissive of customer concerns, it's a breath of fresh air to work with a company that solves its customers' problems.

Ordered some software but didn’t attempt to install until a year later. When I tried, I received a message that my purchase had already been redeemed. A quick note to customer service, and the problem was resolved in very short order. Great customer service. Great price on the software as well.

I accidentally ordered Microsoft Office for Windows instead of Mac, but the Launching Deals support team resolved my issue immediately by providing the correct version. I had an issue with a Groupon purchase. Sent an email on a Saturday - honestly with very low expectations of a response. They responded within hour via email- clarified and fixed the issue on a Sunday morning so I could use it as planned. Exceptional customer service!

I bought a new computer then purchased software from them. Unfortunately the motherboard died on the new PC. Upon receipt after repairs, the hard drive was wiped and my software was gone. I reached out to Launching deals and they provided me with a link to reload my software purchase. Great customer service!

Purchase was quick, easy and just as they described. I accidentally bought the wrong version of the software I needed and though I couldn’t exchange it, there was no issue requesting a refund.

**UPDATE**

The company reached out to me. They had screenshots of responses to my emails, but I checked both my inbox and my junk for the dates/times of the emails as well as the company name (which I'd checked for before). For some weird technology reason, they were not received. Thankfully they took the time to take care of me now and I'm good. I'm changing my review to reflect the fact that my situation has now been resolved.

I have not been able to use my offer (tried 2 different times) and cannot get anyone to respond to my emails.

I purchased a Disney gift card last minute and didn’t realize there was usually a 72-hour delay before the funds become available. Since my trip was sooner than that, I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were able to resolve the issue right away so I could use the funds during my trip. I really appreciated the fast response and helpful service!

I got a deal on a micro soft office pkg, however the product key didn't work. I thought I would just have to buy a more expensive pkg from micro soft. I took a chance and contacted customer service. I was sent a new product code and step by step instructions on the install. Very impressed!
