This customer service experience might have been the best I've ever had.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product license, but upon installation Windows identified it as a key which had already been activated.

Previous customer service experiences almost convinced me to eat the cost of the failure, but I figured sending an e-mail, even if it resulted in a denial of my problem after 3 weeks of waiting, was still worth a couple minutes. Within 30 minutes of sending my e-mail to LaunchingDeals (on a Saturday), I had received a response asking for more details. Two days later (Sunday in the middle), I received another response telling me that my issue had been escalated. And then on Wednesday, I received a new Windows product key which worked!

Even typing it now, I can't believe how smoothly this process went.

I'll be honest, being a little bit of a skeptic, I saw my product key redemption code come from a company called LaunchingDeal and I ALREADY felt I'd been had. But now, I'm gonna be looking for that logo everywhere! This was best-in-class handling of my problem.

If there were more stars available, I’d give them more!! Absolutely blown away by this customer service. I purchased a lifetime Rosetta Stone subscription. I can’t remember when I bought it. I had no email receipt. But they were advertising the deal again and it reminded me that I bought it and never activated it. I thought I’d lost the money. But on a whim, I reached out with nothing but my email address and they found my purchase from over a year ago and provided the activation code. I could not be more grateful for the kind people that helped me find my order. Absolutely stellar customer service!!

On Saturday 2/7, I used my companies LifeMart discounts page for Microsoft Office 2024. Paid 107.24 and was sent a product key. Upon using the product key on the Microsoft download side, it said the product key was already redeemed (4 days ago). I've escalated to the LaunchingDeals support team on 2/7. On the evening of 2/7 the support team responded via email they have escalated this the their management team. As of the afternoon 2/9, I have not head back. Calls to their support phone number (Found on the Amex charge) do not go anywhere. The Amex charge has been posted.

2/11/2026 Update. Missy from Launching Deals reached out. The transaction was refunded and she apologized for the inconvenience.

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 Home & Business. Received product key but was not able to install due to key being used already by someone else.

I reached out to them and within a couple of hours I received a reply back from Summer. She provided great customer service and was able to assist me with my problem. She resend me a new product key that I was able to install and use with out any issues.

I highly recommend.

The purchase was easy but a slight wait to complete the process. That was overshadowed by their customer service. I had an issue with completing my purchase, so I emailed them. In a few days, they acknowledged my concern, issue and rectified the issue in moments. They have been responsive to every email, and I recommended their site / service to my neighbors. Nothing in life is perfect, but they did everything they could to come as close. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Business from Launching Deals and never was able to access the program. I contacted Customer Support and they said I needed to reinstall the program. I tried mutliple times and it never worked. I finally e-mailed Customer Service to cancel me order and refund me the price of the subscription. They never responded and did not refund the subscription price. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Missy from the company actually called me in response to the review within 24 hours. She offered to refund the purchase price since I was not able to use the subscription purchased. She was very understanding and offered me several options to make the situation bette. I truly appreciate her getting involved to make the situation right so I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of her.

I had an issue with the product key with an app I purchased last month, I haven't tinkered with the app for a whole month, so when I finally was ready to use it, the product key ddnt work, I contacted laughing Deals right away, and right away they furnished me a new product key and it worked! Thank you for the speedy resolution to the issue.

I had problems (mostly my issue) with the installation of MS Office 2024 on my new iMac and Launchingdeals was _so great_ to help me fix my issue and guide me through the installation. What a wonderful and thoughtful response to my request for help.

First I'll start with the amazing price on must have software for most anyone that uses a Windows PC for more than cat videos and video games, Microsoft office. While purchasing my first suite I was offered another even a bit cheaper, so I bought 2, thinking just gift the other but I wound up buying a desktop not long after. Now trying to setup my second copy I have issues getting the key to work with my account already having one registered(I guess, not exactly sure there tbh) and not a while lot of time to sit and figure it out either. After couple months I try again because I need Excel, bad. So I wind up reaching out to customer support, which I should had just done to begin with, they had me up and running in a matter of hours. Clear directions on what I needed to do, got it done the first time, less than 5 minutes! From the moment I sent the email to having it registered was maybe 4 hours tops. Probably sooner if I'd caught the email as it came in! Exemplary service that matches the excellent deals offered. If you're unsure, let me assure you, my experience here was par to none. Fastest response, clear and concise directions, no fuss no cuss! Recommend to anyone eying the deal they saw that brought them here. I'm real, not paid for this review. My own thoughts and words. Give it a go!

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the product key and they responded very quickly to give me a new key that immediately worked. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness.

I have nothing but great news about this company . I had an issue with my Office 2021 key and i email support that same evening @ 11 pm . Little did i know that @ 3am i had received a reply with my solution. WOW that was amazing . SO in 2025 i had purchased 2 Keys for Office 2021 for Mac, We used one but the other one was still unused. Just so happened i misplaced or delete my redemption email. I reached out to support again and sure enough they went up to bat again. I was sent resent my redemption email.

I had problems with a windows activation key that said the key was already in use. I emailed them and they promptly helped me solve the issue by giving clear troubleshoot instructions and screenshots and a new key to be safe.

Excellent price. My first interaction with email support was great!! Bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional and needed to reactivate on my new laptop as the other one quit. I was given a new product key. Waiting on customer service now as I did something wrong with the install. :)
