Ok, I was in a slight panic as I had a personal project due and couldn't access my apps that I'd purchased the night before. I emailed them at 9-10pm at night with urgency. They immediately responded and ensured all my concerns were addressed. Launching Deals truly gave 100% effort and were quickly responsive in my urgency. Amazing help, amazing service! I thought I had just lost $200 and I was going to have to disappoint my family since I had promised them a holiday breakfast at iHop, but to my surprise I was quickly helped by a customer service representative who even after 9:00pm stayed with me to ensure I got my gift cards to iHop! Huge weight lifted and they totally saved me from an embarrassing situation tomorrow.

I had made a purchase order for windows 11 license keys. The website acted like it froze and I ended up placing a duplicate order. I was in distress as I was not needing 4 license keys. I contacted the launching deals customer support by email thinking they would not get back to me until the next business day. Next thing I know they already reached out to me within minutes! 8pm at night and they responded more than willing to help. I ended up just keeping the extra keys and gave them to someone in need... but they were still willing to assist if needed. They let me know if that something comes up to just reach out. This is the customer service that I expect to see in any place of business.

Another absolutely amazing customer service experience with Rose Farmers 🌹. Ever have those days where your phone doesn’t work as fast as your fingers do and you somehow click something you shouldn’t? Well that happened and my order was placed to the wrong location. SHOOT! Emailed customer service and they took care of it immediately. “Not to worry we’ve canceled and refunded your card”. No questions, no begging from me - just “absolutely”. And FAST!

I made an error when ordering something and thought my order was wasted. I contacted customer support and they were able to fix my error and forward me my online order with no issues. Not many businesses will fix a customer error, but they did without hesitation. It definitely has caused me to want to increase my Groupon purchases.

Bought Microsoft Office 2024 through a third party GOVX. I was worried when the purchase landed with a company I never heard of (Launching Deals) but the process was smooth, fast, and without issues. I immediately received the emails and instructions and was using the software within 5-10 min. I received a follow up email from the company a few days later checking if all was smooth. Customer service is excellent!. I purchased MS Office Pro Plus 2021 and received Warning message from Windows OS about the app during installation. I contacted customer service, and they responded with another product key. I ended up not using the re-issued key. They were very professional, and I could tell from the emails we exchanged, very happy to help. I have purchased from this site before, but didn't leave my review the first time. I bought a Disney gift card, which usually has a 72-hour release hold before the card is emailed to you. Since I was visiting Disney World before the hold period, I contacted customer service to request an expedited release of my gift card. To my delight, customer service responded promptly within a few hours and helped me ensure that I received my gift card before my visit. Awesome service, my Office Pro key was coming back as "invalid" After a few screen shots to show them what was going on, they emailed me a key that was fully functional.

My husband sent me a Groupon for a Panera gift card and a 3 month Sip Club subscription. I entered a wrong email address for the link to be sent but they provided a link for support, and I sent them a corrected email and they quickly sent the links I needed to access the offers.
