Customer service & company is amazing! I accidentally got the yellow ticket instead of the black, I emailed them and they responded quickly. They were able to exchange the ticket for me and were really wonderful along the way. Definitely will purchase through them again!

They were very responsive and took good care of me with 2 orders.

I purchased Office 365 for Mac. The download was unsuccessful so I emailed customer service. Responses were received same-day. Long story short (they are very patient), they stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and walked me through uninstalling the previous Office version and installing the new version. Great customer service is hard to find and this experience could not have been better! Highly recommend.

I had ordered a food gift card from groupon, I accidentally type in my email incorrectly to received the card. Reach out to customer service right away regarding my mistake they were very helpful and responded to my message 24hrs. They were able to help me and fix the problem. Send my gift card to my correct email. I definitely recommend them based on my experience.

I purchased Office 365 Home. When my download didn't work correctly they responded to my message within 24 hours and their solution was instant. The software downloaded perfectly and is exactly what I ordered. I had purchased the same from them a few months before for a laptop I bought my mom. No issues. Great products and great customer support. Highly recommend!

I ordered a gift card from launching deals and missed the expiration date. When I emailed customer service they explained there was nothing they could do but keep my money. I was very frustrated but then received an email from higher up. Launching Deals refunded my purchase (they didn't have the deal available that I originally purchased) as a 1 time courtesy. This is great customer service and I will now pay attention to expiration dates more carefully.

The customer service I received from LaunchingDeals was amazing! I had a situation where I mistakenly purchased some gift cards from Groupon which did not apply to a Round Table Pizza pizza chain location near me. While Groupon customer support was unwilling to directly refund me despite an honest mistake, the support team from LaunchingDeals (the actual provider of the gift cards) were completely understanding and issued me a full refund despite all the fine print. You can tell they are running an honest business and want to deliver the best customer service. I definitely recommend them based on my experience!

I had a coupon code for a purchase I was making on Launchingdeals. I went to the site, selected the item and clicked the purchase button, at which point I realized I hadn't entered my code. Sure enough, I was billed the full amount.

So I reached out to their support team. I had hoped there was a phone number to call, but they only have an email option. So I fired off a request for assistance, expecting the typical 24-48 hour response time.

I was blown away when I received a reply from the customer support team literally within 15 minutes. Communications from the support team were friendly, cheerful even (when do you ever get cheerful from a support agent!?!?).

They had me provide them with my coupon code which they then applied to my order and issued me a refund for the full amount of the coupon!

Excellent service. I have an issue with a couple of keys for the Office 21 version. They continued to work with me, sending me different keys to try and providing customer service until my issue was resolved. I highly recommend Launchingdeals

I had been having problems redeeming an eGift card purchased on Groupon. I sent an email requesting help, and I received a reply (with an attachment for the eGift card) in less than an hour. It is a rare joy to receive this type of prompt, competent, and professional service. This has put a smile on my face.
