I ordered some skincare for my daughter for her birthday, 10 days had passed since I was notified my items were dispatched and I will still to receive nothing and my daughters birthday had passed. I emailed lav-kids who informed me there had been a delay with the courier so they sent out my order again express delivery with a free gift for my daughter as way of an apology, my original order then arrived two days later, I informed lav kids I now have two orders and offered to send one back which they declined and told me to keep for my daughter to enjoy! Now that is what I call great customer service. My daughter loves their products and now has more to enjoy.

I recently tried the Lav Kids Skincare Gentle Haircare Bundle with Scalp Massager for my son, and it’s a game-changer. The shampoo and conditioner leave the hair clean, soft, and manageable. love it!
