I got the document i needed with no hassle. The only thing was that no fee was mentioned until i went to download the document, cheap as it was, it would've been better to say upfront.

The company advertises "Free Legal…
The company advertises "Free Legal Documents" and you are at first charged a nominal amount for 7 day access to the document. However what it fails to make clear is that unless you cancel with the seven day period it automatically switches you to a monthly contract and charge you £39.90, which will auto renew until cancelled. The company should point this out in crystal clear terms and send a reminder before auto renewal kicks in

VERY BAD. i PAID 1.59 ONLINE FOR A FORM TO ALLW ME TO TAKE MY GRANDDAUGHTER ONHOLIDAY TO SPAIN WITH HER PARENTS CONSENT. TODAY MY BANK GOT IN TOUCH TO SAY THEY HAVE DECLINED A TRANSACTION FOR 34 QUID FROM THIS COMPANY. SO AFTER THE £1.59 THEY TRIED TO FRAUD ME. IT,S RATHER STRANDE AS WHEN YOU LOOK INTO THEM IT.S ACTUALLY AN AMERICAN COMPANY. BE WARNED. I see other people had this problem too. I did NOT sign for any subscription, I just printed off one form I required

Awful
Awful. Site allowed me to generate the document then blocked me out of being able to pay/download it. I have been trying for days to get support and all customer service options are futile. Wasted so much time on this and still no resolution. I wish some sites would just say 'We can't fix it because of a floor in our systems'

Subscription scam
Scam. Paid 1.59 for a simple document download. One week later they took 34.90 out of my bank without authorization. I didn't sign up for any subscriptions. I didnt get any emails about any subscription. They dont recognise my details to log in to cancel what they have done. Their phone number says lines open from 3pm to 10pm but its always closed. I have raised this as fraud with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT A LAW FIRM IN ANY WAY

Did not sign up for payment taken
Keep clear of this site. I made a simple tenancy agreement and they said the charge would be only £1.59. I was very surprised at the low cost of this, and double checked my credit card the next day to make sure this was correct, which it was. 3 weeks later on receiving my credit card statement I could see that I had another charge of £34.90 the following week. I must have somehow signed up for some sort of subscription! I will have to investigate this, as I certainly did not sign up for any further payments. Beware !!
