Subscription scam
You pay £1.50 to download a very poor quality form.
Then you get charged £35 for a monthly subscription which you didn’t obviously sign up for.

Seems like a fraudulet business
Seems like a fraudulet business. Makes it impossible to cancel subscriptions in a transparent way and the main business strategy is dragging people along in expensive monthly recurring payments.

No subscriptions
the experience was made great s there are no subscription fees.
I tried a few different sites to get the document I needed, they all stated the document was a free download but once you completed the document you then had to sign up to a subscription service.
This site only charges you for the document required.

They advertise free templates for agreements but after taking time to fill them out you are faced with a fee.

£34.90 taken for a unapproved/ unaware of subscription
paid £1.59 for lodger agreement & they took a further £34.90 for a subscription that i was totally unaware of. Cancelled immediately. I have emailed them for a refund. Like most reviews on here I believe this to be a scam. stay away!! I will be taking this up with credit card company. I received no email or ref number. Scam, scam SCAM!!! If indeed I receive a refund I shall be editing this review

Beware. I too have been charged without my consent having been signed up by the company for an ongoing subscription. Companies like this are reliant on people missing these payments going out of bank accounts. It's a hassle I could really do without. Avoid.
