Had the car ready for a test drive, clear on his information about the car, no pressure applied.

I got a very fair PX for my old car and the transaction was smooth when I agreed to buy. Would return to Lawsons for another car in the future.

I had seen the car on internet white Audi q2 so phoned up to book a test drive, I went next day and car was waiting I took the car out and was very pleased with it my salesman was Adam and was very professional at his job at no point did I feel pressure to buy he was very helpful and answered any questions I had an excellent interaction overall.
I have visited the dealership a number of times looking at cars and my experience has been the same I have never been chased or followed around site and they have always been great to answer any questions I had , they keep a great range of stock and would recommend anyone checking out there dealership.

When we asked for a test drive he again just left us to it, with no pressure whatsoever. Fair price given for part-ex. Rushed the car through its mot and service so we could pick it up sooner.

Fantastic service from start to finish. No pushy salesmen, i was left to have a good look around the Audi i went to see, had a test drive, no pressure at all on the sale, gave me a fair price for my P/EX. When i went to collect the car, they had changed the water pump, serviced it, changed all the discs and put 2 new tyres on, it was also gleaming! The staff are lovely, make you feel very at ease, would definitely recommend them!

Adam was very helpful didn’t push us to make our minds up just left me to decide which car I wanted (typical woman) however when ringing up to say I had transferred the cash the phone was put down before I had the chance to say anything else which I found quite abrupt, on the plus it’s a beautiful car.
