Lots of issues with supply really hard to get in contact with

Had to request a refund. I had to literally hound you and hound you for 2 out of the 3 orders that had to get cancelled as they did not get delivered on time. I am still waiting on a 3rd refund.
I am also still waiting on a further 2 orders to be delivered that have gone beyond delivery due dates.
There is no phone line to ring on and customer via email is ridiculous and you never get a response.
Absolutely shocking company.
Would avoid at all costs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!
What was once a great company has gone so far down hill I wouldn’t risk it! I loved laybyland- had multiple laybys going at once and recommended them to everyone- but in the past year everything is becoming questionable.
*no phone communication
* takes too long to respond to emails when they are solely an online store and it is the only point of contact
* the address that they have on their website is up for lease again.
Im waiting for either my items I paid for or a refund and I will NEVER use these people again- such a shame for what was a great thing for most people

This service has help me get by for Xmas with out any stress .
When you contact them they reply in a timely manner which is great

Absolute Scam. Sent a fake link to a $500 voucher purchased. No reply to emails or phone calls. Have taken my money, I paid of for 8 months and not sent the voucher.

Not a fast response time since tou took away the ability to call.

I think it's ridiculous that you have to wait 10 business days for a refund also there is no option to call so all you get it copy and paste response emails

Paid all the weekly payments only to be told that they didn’t have what I paid for so had to get a refund but haven’t received all of the refund yet

Surprisingly it was a pretty fast process. I actually thought it would take alot longer than what it did to pay it off

Your choice in goods is excellent, your customer service for my many mistakes and change of choice was outstanding.
I would highly recommend your service to all, it’s ideal for those who plan ahead while making affordable payments slowly or weekly again you have a choice of payments if course you can by more ahead for the whole year leaving no one out and room to add just one more again & again!.

I love the idea of layby coming back. I had to contact the office and they were so helpful and understanding. I recommend this company to anyone.
