Great deals, good site & easy to navigate. But do not stop with the emails! I've now unsubscribed, but I was receiving that many at first, was ridiculous!!

I love the huge range to choose from and I can after paying amounts I can afford I dont owe any money, the goods are mine!

Any inquiry I have made has had a very quick response. All explained clearly.

I have been getting things from Laybyland for a while.
Always happy with my purchases and the service.

Concept is great and is a brilliant way to spread payments and not get into trouble with credit solutions. Having no set up fees and free delivery is also good. However the prices are sometimes WAY too high. It's to be expected that the asking price may be a higher because it's a layby service but I have seen some items that are more 25%more than other sites which makes the whole concept unappealing. Also I have never managed to get any of the vouchers they send me to work.

I made an order within the advised time frame advertised on the website to ensure delivery before Christmas. A couple of months later I received an email advising this original advice had changed and the payments would need to be finalised weeks earlier to ensure Christmas delivery. This essentially tripled my weekly payments to get it payed off in time. I could not afford that so cancelled the layby. Although I felt this wasn’t a fault of mine they still took almost 100 dollars of my refund for admin fees ect. These fees should have been waived. The refund Also took over two weeks, it wasn’t till I lodged a complaint with my bank, that it finally reached my account.

I have been with Laybyland now for about 4 years and as always Laybyland has made my Christmas shopping experience stress free. Payments are simple and affordable and gifts arrive well before they are due. Looking forward to next year now.

The website could use an update and can be a pain to use, only reason for the 4 stars. I have purchased many times from laybyland many times and love how convenient it is to pay off items or gift cards. The staff has always been lovely to deal with, only ever had one hick up with delivery of an item but the customer service team were very helpful and understanding, I did get my item in the end and have ordered again since with no issues. Always happy with my purchases and the payment system, thank you laybyland for allowing me to afford the things I otherwise couldn’t.

I really like the concept of laybying an item, this is the second year that I’ve been using Laybyland.
This year their service was appalling with unauthorized direct debits for large sums of money and to the point that I couldn’t pay my rent because one week they took 3/4 of pay.
I will give them another chance next year but be more aware of what happened this year.

Lots of great products easy to use and very affordable prices will keep using Laybyland thanks

A wonderful way to get something that you can't afford straight away. I purchased a television, and was fantastic to be able to pick the amount per week. It will be arriving in time for my birthday next year. So easy to order.

I use Laybyland as a means of saving up for a big shop for the family. So I purchase 250 or 500 vouchers for Coles. Brilliant idea in this time of crisis.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, Customer Service is crap, products are poor quality been waiting for items paid for over 6 months ago most my items were not even available. Was offered a reasonable refund and when agreeing was told it was a technical glitch and was then offered half the amount. They have Unreliable restock merchants and poor communication skills. I am still waiting on 2 items and have never recieved correspondence unless prompted. i Will never use this service again. I will wait and see how long it takes to fulfil my order but have no confidence in this service at all ........ 1 yr later 🙄

It seems like my order is taking forever to get to me.
