I bought this to help with weight loss and for energy. I don’t feel like it has helped me lose weight at all. But, I suffer from extreme fatigue and can fall asleep anytime anywhere. And I literally mean anywhere. Whether I get 4 hours of sleep or 12 hours, I wake up and immediately need to take a nap. This product has changed my life! I have energy I haven’t had since my teens and get so much more done and can actually stay awake enough to finally enjoy my life. The difference is so huge I don’t want to go one single day without it!! Life changing!

At first I didn't think it was working, but I have started to notice that I am getting slimmer. I still have fat in my stomach, but it even has gotten a bit slimmer. I guess I am not the most patient person and wanted it to work faster, but I have to admit it is doing something. I am even doing what was recommended with the apple cider vinegar. I do have a bit more energy too. I have lost about 5 pounds. I think I would have lost more, but I was already on a keto diet and stopped sugar and starch products and soda. This product is very good. I believe I would see better results if I would start following a healthier eating plan!!

I have seen a markedly reduction of belly fat.

To be honest, I can't really tell any difference in my feelings or energy yet. Maybe it's to soon to get an opinion

Was a bit skeptical at first but have kept to the regimen suggested for three weeks today & have already noticed a change in belly fat/weight. Compliments already coming in from close friends & relatives. Am experiencing NO ill effects & have not altered any of my eating habits. I've been taking the supplements for a little over a month now. I've noticed my skin looks clearer, my digestion is more regular, and I have more energy! I don't know if I can attribute everything to LCR Health, but I am feeling very healthy! Thank you!

I've been taking the recommended two tablets every morning for almost a month and have noticed slight weight loss. But mostly I've noticed a feeling of being less bloated.

I havent been on it yet for 30 days. I am a smoker so I have been taking 2 capsules twice a day. They say it takes 30 days to start seeing the effect. I have been taking it 3 weeks now.

I’m not sure yet. I feel like sometimes I have sharp pains or a stomach ache and this is the only change in my routine of supplements.

I have only been using this product for less than three weeks and am not really noticing much change in my metabolism yet but I am going to give it a few more weeks to see if I lose any weight or have more energy.

I'm just finishing up my third month of trying Active-PK and I have been quite surprised at the boost in energy and metabolism that I received from the product! I expected some change, but wow! have I been supercharged from the first week on! It's not a type of caffeine lift or sugar high either. It's a day-long boost that has me up and ready to go early and still going for the late news. My wife said, "I don't know what you're on, but whatever it is, don't stop!"
P.S., I have never been a morning person. Now I am the first one up every single morning. It's amazing how much I can get done in a day now.

I have not been taking this very long but I feel less attracted to sweets so that is a good thing...I am believing I will have a great report to give later...Thank you..

They work, I'm losing weight but I've had some bad sugar crash's, I'm hyperglycemic anyway so I'm trying experiments with my diet to see what works the best

I have not even used a full bottle yet. I have not seen or experienced any effect at this time. I cannot give feedback at this time.

Began taking this for mor energy.

I do feel like the product has increased my energy levels, however I was hoping for a more noticeable (on the exterior) reduction of deep fat. I am not sure to determine if that product claim is true.
