It used to be one of my favorites for quality and variety, but lately, both are on the decline although the prices remain the same.

Personale inutile e inefficienza totale nell' aiutare il cliente nell'acquisto..oggi mi sono fermata nel negozio di Solari Kerkyra..Avevo bisogno di farmi aiutare per trovare una taglia di pantaloni e così ho visto una ragazza che metteva a posto proprio lo scaffale affianco e ho chiesto, mi scusi può aiutarmi per favore a trovare una taglia? E lei mi ha risposto " no mi dispiace non posso," allora io chiedo a chi ha assunto questa nullafacente, che cosa la pagate a fare? Date lavoro a chi vuole lavorare e a chi vuole coccolare i clienti che sono quelli che portano i soldi per pagare gli stipendi.

I have recently had the worst experience with this company. It seems like their workers are absolutely untrained and all they have been told is to tell their customers YOK meaning NO. Whatever you say their reply is YOK. I have purchased over 700tl worth of items and when I took them home the sizes were a bit different so I brought them back to one of their store to be specific markantalya and the workers were absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't know what other word to use but the way they treat their customers is on another level. I don't know if its because of not liking other people or something but that's exactly what it looks like specially if you are from African continent. Anyway if you want to shop their make sure you ask if you can return for an exchange let alone refund. If you buy something from them and you are thinking of returning for a refund please dont waste your time infact they'll embarrass you infront of everyone since you don't speak the language a d start making fun of you. All in all I don't think I will be buying from them again

As for Lc Waikiki, I have a really bad experience. From the workers to the cashier, when I ask about the size or if they want to help me, I don't get any help. team of people is a disaster and they are not professional.

I love shopping at Waikiki! The price-quality ratio is good, and there is a large selection of clothes for young people, both casual and business. They're great!

This is for the Bulgarian online shop. I entered my address accurately, specified the city and all, and the the LC Waikiki system placed a post code automatically for another location. So even though I entered the address accurately, even though my profiled specified CITY OF SOFIA the package was sent to a local village instead of the city where I live.

As a result, I had to pay the courier a fee to re-send the package to the address specified in my profile. I made customer support aware of this and asked to have that courier fee reimbursed in store credit, however, I was told no even though the address clearly stated city of Sofia, and not some local village.

I hope that 7 Bulgarian leva, the equivalent of 4.20 USD is worth this review guys.

I've just returned from Turkey 🇹🇷 and bought alot of their broducts from their man branch in Istanbul, they have basic, average and high quality clothes, but their staff are really awful!, they are not helpful at all.

Since being in Albania and Macedonia over a year i found LC Waikiki and its now my preferred shop for clothing.
Top to toe the clothing snd shoes have proven good quality,fine work, and great prices.
