I could not praise them enough they bought a property of me I had on the market for over two years and was told by two estate agents that in the condition of the lease it was unsailable I phone them and told them the problems I was absolutely sick and tired of this property so after a week I phoned them and gave them a very low price just to get rid of it they said no just give us a little time and I'm sure we will buy and sure enough after two months they paid me out cash everybody seems so friendly and helpful I live in Ireland and the property was in London they they sorted out all the problems Mark sorted it all out I could not be more grateful to them well done LDN

I had Ashley for my inventory check. 5 star all the way…we had a late start (not his fault) but he was still extremely patient and thorough with his check, and he also went above and beyond explaining things that are new to me and important for me to know. The most helpful and welcoming person I have met during my home search process. Consider yourself very lucky if you have him for your inventory check!

Zannia helped me from the very beginning to arrange check out date and time, book the cleaning and follow up after the cleaning. She was very patience and shared all the information I needed. The flat is perfectly clean so I highly recommend to everyone :)
