Instructor was very knowledgeable. There seems to be a great deal of study material that came with the course, I hope it's helpful as I start to self-prepare for the exam.

Extremely informative and presents info in a way that breaks it down and explains everything.

PMP Certification course with Stephen Mercer was great experience. He is very knowledgeable and provided great insight and resources for studying and passing the PMP Exam. It is a lot of material but Stephen made me believe I could pass the exam after reviewing materials provided and doing practice exams. He also taught great tips for real world application.

I felt the instructor helped us understand all aspects of Project Management and to help us understand what would be asked on the test. He provided study guides, sample tests, and templates to help us be successful in our roles. Instructor was Stephen Mercer.

Stephen Mercer is a great instructor/ presenter. This class has a ton of material, but Stephen does a great job of explaining it and answering questions.

Really enjoyed the class. Stephen is a great instructor, very knowledgable and patient. He keeps the schedule on track and is a very reliable resource with decades of life and project management experience. I personally loved the little side stories he shared about major projects within and outside of his field. He gave us good guidance on what to focus on and how to best read the questions in order to answer them correctly. While you still have to study on your own and put in the work, Stephen was a really valuable source of expertise I would not want to miss. Now fingers crossed for the exam:-)

The facilitator/instructor Stephen Mercer did an outstanding job with the PMP Course. Although there is a lot of material, I was able to relate to past and current projects for application of the material. I would recommend this instructor and course to others in my organization.

Stephen Mercer was an excellent instructor and added a ton of additional value to the course with his experience, stories and context. Course is well laid out, on time and effectively covers the important content. I just wish there was time to go into more detail on some of the systems, but fully aware that is out of the scope of the course. Would recommend to colleagues!

This was a great course taught by Steven Mercer who did a great job. I feel that I have a good understanding of the content and hope to complete my certification in the next 5 weeks.

The class is very good and helpful. It contains lots of good information and material. However, the downfall is the class is definitely fast pace since it is only in 4 days. Overall, very helpful for us.

This course will be applicable so much to my current role and our Organizational processes. With Stephen Mercer as my instructor, the content was thoroughly covered, expounded upon, and explained at a level to make certain I was capturing and retaining the content. This was very beneficial to my learning capabilities. He took the time I needed to make sure I understood the material. In the majority of courses that I have taken, the material is covered and the Instructor moved on. Stephen not only TAUGHT but he also LED me so that I could be successful. Therefore, I received much more out of this course than what I expected. Time very well spent for me. Stephen is one of the best Instructors I have had.

I feel empowered after training with Farha Tehseen for my Agile Scrum Master certification. Farha answered questions I had along the way and after the training, she walked me thru a practice exam which was very helpful. During the training she provided tips on how to study for the exam. I enjoyed this training and will probably take more thru Learners Ink.
